Celebrity Mac Chick sighting: Hannah Montanna… err… Miley Cyrus

Cyber hacker extraordinaire trainreq apparently hacked into Miley Cyrus‘ iPhone last month and found some semi-racy photos she has taken of herself last year meant for Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers. Given her Vanity Fair debacle, Miley should really stay clear of cameras.

If you don’t know who any of these people are, you are more lucky than you know. Unfortunately, I hear I will be taking my 6-year old daughter to see Miley “Hannah Montanna” Cyrus at the Today Show at 6AM this Firday in NYC. :(

Now, granted Miley was apparently using a v1 iPhone, running v1 software, but the fact that trainreq was able to hack into someone’s iPhone and steal pics and e-mails, especially someone as famous as Cyrus, is likely not something Apple wants to hear on the 3G’s launch week.

Hmmm… this reminds me. I should probably delete all my pictures of me showering from my iPhone. Nick Jonas is probably not interested in me anyway.

Thanks to faithful Macenstein reader meggert for the tip!

  6. You know this girl is 15, right? The one of her in the shower is borderline child porn.

  8. I don’t see what the fuss is, if you remember the MJ case a while ago, they found photos of naked kids. Sure, its gross, but the law says unless it involves sexual intercourse or simulating said act, than it is legal.
