Don’t know, but here in Norway I updated my iPod Touch to 2.1 just hours after the keynote was finished

Patience, young one. Patience. Although I freakin’ woke up early to get it done before work and at 5:14am US Central Time, it’s still not showing up for me. Ugh.
It’s almost 7pm here, and still no 2.1! It will probably be Saturday by the time you all wake up in the US.

I feel the same way, I’ve been up for over 24 hours now waiting for the update… what the CRAP!!
Its now 13:25 in England, still no update, come on Apple, give it us, i beg of you.
Was it too much taking a day off work to install the 2.1 update???? I hope it comes before i was due to finish so at least i will have some sense of purpose. Still COD 4 has kept me busy whilst i constantly check itunes and the ‘net for the headline: “OMFG iPhone 2.1 released!!!!!”
Lets hope these supposed turn-by-turn GPS instructions come to light, or at least the damned TOMTOM software released already!!!!
If its just bug fixes and the ‘genius’ feature, ill be pissed and will have wasted a day for, well, not a great deal!!!!!!

I’d be happy if they would let you sync the to-do lists into the phone… It’s has to be the easiest app for Apple, most basic organizer function, and still nothing…

Most of the updates normally hit late afternoon / early evening on the east coast.
I’m not expecting to see it till 4 or 5 which would be 1 or 2 in CA.
