I remember when Apple’s print advertising had a little disclaimer at the bottom, “Macintosh is a trademark of McIntosh laboratories and is used with permission.” I assume they eventually bought out the trademark…
I like how they have to explain they are not affiliated with the computers….ya know…just in case. It could say, no affiliation with the company other than us using their likeness of the rainbow logo.
