This is exactly why I won’t eat at Johnny Rockets

Man, I was JUST about to break down and go to the Microsoft store when luckily faithful Macenstein reader Chuck sent us this video of a COMPLETELY SPONTANEOUS AND UNSTAGED employee dance session. As with all Microsoft Store videos, the best part is watching the reactions (or complete lack thereof) of the hapless customers, who I assume were just there to get out of the rain or something.

This looks scary as hell

I have yet to see the film “Paranormal Activity”, but if it’s half as scary as this trailer for “PC Normal Activity”, well, then… well it won’t be all that scary, actually. (Although my inner fanboy did cringe a couple times). Enjoy!

A bit of back story on the origin of PC Normal Activity is provided by its creator, Peter Yan .

“I don’t understand why PC users hate Macs and Mac users so much. Those quotes were picked from just some of many hatred comments from one of my videos.”

Well Peter, I think I know why most PC users hate Mac users. It basically comes down to the fact that most people do not like to see other people happy – for any reason. I know I sure don’t.

I’ve always felt that Mac users, in general, are happy to own a Mac and enjoy using it, where most PC users seem to look at their computers more like an appliance – something they use when they have to to complete a given task, but certainly nothing to get excited over. PC users don’t get that emotional attachment to their computers – or to their family, friends, and pets for that matter.

I mean, if I had a nickle for every kitten I’ve seen a PC user step on…

As if the simple act of owning an Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Royale wasn’t enough to ensure you a healthy supply of hot and cold running chicks, imagine pulling up the Sorority House of your choosing in said Olds using nothing but your iPhone to control that sweet ride!

Above: Nice touch smashing the Dell boxes.

The hack looks simple enough, and I’d guess it shouldn’t take the average person more than 20 minutes or so. All you need are a few things you likely have sitting around the house already – like a couple wrenches and an old Power Wheels. And a laptop and a motorcycle chain. And a potentiometer. And an engineering degree.

Oh, and they had to rip out the power windows and the front seat, but hey, you planned to spend most of your time in the back seat anyway, am I right?
