Privacy Policy

Here at Macenstein, we respect your privacy. Not so much because we are noble, but rather because we are very self-centered, and we do not really want to know anything about you. It’s all about us, here at Macenstein.

We try to collect as little data about you as possible, and what data we DO collect (such as your name, e-mail address, or personal website, should you choose to enter such info in our comment boxes) is useless to us, as we are not smart enough to know how to get at it. But even if we could we would never sell or give that information away without your consent. Basically, any data collected is because WordPress (which powers this glorious site) does that by default, and we don’t know how to stop it.

The only exception may be if we run a contest with cash/prize awards. Our accountants have advised us to obtain the proper paperwork from any contest winner (for tax purposes) in order to keep our butts out of trouble. If necessary, you may be asked to fill out a W2 form (or similar) which could require your Social Security number as well as other personal info, but we promise not to steal your identity. Unless it’s a really good one.

This Website is not intended for use by children, especially those under age 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information or use our public discussion areas, forums and chats. Minors between the ages of 13 and 17 must get the permission of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before making purchases, including subscriptions, on this site.

Every time you submit our site, an Angel gets its wings.
