The Great Mac Chick Casting Call Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 and older at time of entry. Employees of Macenstein.com and Incipio Technologies Inc. (the â€œSponsorsâ€), companies owned by or affiliated with the Sponsors, their subsidiaries, affiliates and members of their immediate families and same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. Law.

PRIZE DRAWINGS/ODDS: One (1) grand prize winner will have their choice of either a brand new â€œsealed in boxâ€ 8GB iPhone (estimated value $399) or a 16 GB iPod touch (estimated value $399) awarded during the Sweepstakes. A 2nd place prize, awarded to the runner up, will receive an iPod shuffle (estimated value $79). To be eligible for the grand prize, your online entry must be received between 12:01 AM (EST) on August 1st, 2007 and 11:59 AM (PT) on October 31st, 2007. If no entries are received for a given Prize Drawing, the prize will be reclaimed by the sponsor. Odds of winning depend on total numbers of entries received.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.macenstein.com and follow all instructions to complete the online entry. All entries become the property of Macenstein. By entering the contest you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older, and grant Macenstein the right to publish your entry on the Macenstein website, whether or not you win the grand prize. You further certify that all information contained in the entry is truthful, and that you both own the rights to the photos you send in and grant Macenstein the right to use those photos on its website.

WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received within 30 days after the entry deadline as stated herein, by an independent judging panel whose decision is final and binding.

RANDOM LEGAL STUFF: You have not yet won. No purchase necessary. Ends: 10/31/07. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value: (ARVâ€): One (1) Grand Prize of either an 8GB iPhone or 16 GB iPod touch will be awarded at the end of the contest (ARV $399). One (1) 2nd place prize of an iPod shuffle (ARV $79) will also be awarded. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes are non transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a substitute prize will be chosen at the discretion of Macenstein. Taxes and any other expenses not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. If the winner should choose the iPhone, the prize does not include monthly phone service or activation fees, both of which may be necessary to use the iPhone. The Sponsors do not make, nor in any manner will be responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee relating to prize; provided, however, the prize will be subject to the manufacturers standard warranty.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and may be required to complete & return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release (â€Affidavitâ€), and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release (â€Releaseâ€) which must be returned within 14 days from date printed on the notification letter or an alternate winner will be selected at random. Winner is required to complete a 1099 form for tax purposes. If Affidavit/Release and/or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsorâ€™s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days after winner verification. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use each winnerâ€™s name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting & promotional purposes without further compensation.

MORE RANDOM LEGAL STUFF: In accepting a prize, the winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) that the Sponsors, and their affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, agents and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes will have no liability, and will be held harmless by winners for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or to person, including death, and reasonable attorneyâ€™s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of Sponsors or their affiliates, prize donors or agents. This contest is not sponsored or affiliated with Apple Inc.. Macenstein reserves the right to cancel the contest at any point at its discretion.

Sponsors are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrantsâ€™ or any other personâ€™s computer related to or resulting from using the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes.
