“The 12 Days AFTER Christmas” Giveaway: Day 33

[Thank you, we have a winner. This contest is now closed. Congratulations to faithful Macenstein reader Vince!]

On the Thirty-third Day After Christmas, Macenstein gave to you (or, more accurately, gave you a chance to win…) A PED3 auto iPhone Stand from Thought Out Company.

PED3 auto iPhone stand

Featuring 360Ëš rotation, rubber tipped fingers, a 5-inch steel flexible neck for endless positioning and a number of versatile mounting options, the PED3 Auto is the ideal way to position your iPhone for in-the-car use, whether you’re making phone calls, listening to music, using Google Maps, or negligently watching videos while driving, the PED 3 Auto is got the ideal way to mount your iPhone. And it’s not just for cars, people! The optional suction cup base or adhesive panel means you can place it almost anywhere! Check out the full specs here along with a ton of beauty shots.

To enter: Since the PED 3 Auto has multiple mounting bases (some of which require a small amount of assembly) it got me to thinking of all those “some assembly required” gifts I had gotten as a child, and am now assembling for my own kids as an adult. So, to enter, just tell us what is the coolest toy you ever received as a kid? Winner will be picked randomly 7 days later and notified (kind of like in The Ring, only with less killing… we hope). Open to all readers world-wide. Good luck, and thanks for reading Macenstein! (Oh, and be sure to enter ALL our “12 Days AFTER Christmas” Giveaways!)
Please note: Comments may take a while to show up, please do not double-post. Thanks!

Has to be the U-Haul cube van that I received in the early 60s. It was about 40cm long bumper to bumper and about 25cm tall. It had twin I-beam suspension (which seemed so cool on a toy), cab doors that opened and, of course, operable cargo doors. No assembly required. I guess things were much simpler back in the day.
