Welcome to Macenstein‘s “Mac Chick of the Month”. Each month we feature a different die-hard, Mac-loving girl who is (almost) as well designed as the Apple products they love. This month we present you with the lovely Heather Mote, a Southern Belle who just happens to be a die-hard Mac Chick! (oh, and November is also her birthday month, so everyone say Happy Birthday).

Heather is a typical “Georgia Peach”, outgoing, fun loving, and adventurous. Spending time outdoors hiking, skiing, or anything to do with a challenge is what Heather enjoys most….finishing her first Nautica triathlon last April, Heather wants to continue to move forward and hopefully one day become an Iron woman.

Growing up in Georgia, Heather successfully graduated from college with a bachelor’s in Marketing and moved to the big city of Atlanta in high hopes of making a climb through the business ladder. Thinking of a possible job in the marketing department of a Starwood hotel, Heather, has worked at the W hotel up in Whiskey Blue as well as currently at the brand new St. Regis hotel in Buckhead.

In her few days off work she keeps her schedule packed with promotional jobs, fashion shows, and spokes modeling such as her latest internet commercial oddsmaker.com (yahoo’s online gambling site).

Never really being interested in computers, Heather found herself growing up loving video games and remote control cars as a little girl instead of the Barbies her friends were into. Being a huge fan of musicians she found herself one day trying out an iPod and falling in love with the miracle of being able to listen to her favorite artists whenever and whenever she wanted.

“Traveling is a huge passion of mine,” says Heather. “Seeing new places, meeting new people and exploring different cultures (especially the food) is a huge passion of mine. Now I can go travel all around the world and still have my favorite songs along with me… it’s the greatest invention ever. Recently buying a Mac computer… I have fallen in love!!! The iPhoto and iMovie are amazing because I came from a DELL computer that didn’t have any type of application like this at all… it’s fascinating”.

” Every morning I wake up and crank up the alternative station on iTunes while eating my breakfast so I can breeze through all my emails quickly without distraction from all the outside noises surrounding my Mac. ”
