Windows bring more of a challenge, because strange things can happen, and then you have to resolve the issue. I like that challenge! 🙂 Strange things never happen in OS X…

One positive thing about Windows is it runs better on a Mac.

Windows (at this moment) is a better locking down the system, limiting a users access to various parts of the hardware or software in a classified environment.

Most entertainment software (aka videogames) is developed purely for Mircosoft OS’s, so a Windows-PC is a nice gaming-platform.

Windows has contributed so much to computer culture … My favorite is the “blue screen of death.”
Windows are/is a new way to let undesired things (thieves, viruses) in.
Imagine a big cat, a Leopard for instance, there where your windows are/is. Nothing (thief, virus) would ever dare to enter.
BUT, don’t forget Windows are cheaper than wildcats.
Windows 7 looks great with all the blue and I especially like the window-snap-to-the-side feature.
Only positive thing about Windows is that it is not on my Mac…
How about two things:
1. Windows keeps my father in business
2. Windows are great when it is beautiful outside and I open them to let the fresh air in!
Using Windows on a Mac is quite useful at times. Windows 7 has come a long way.
Frequent lockups and reboots give me more time to take smoke breaks!
Windows… nearly all programs run on it. good to game on. if you know something about how it works and are cable to use google it can be customized to nearly look like a dream and perform a bit faster.
And a really positive thing about windows is that they take good time blacklist keys to the operating system.
It’s ALL about the apps after all. Windows does have a few apps I need that OSX doesn’t. ArcGIS for one.
I develop custom test equipment and Windows 7 removes the 3GB memory limit and is allowed by my IT department on a limited basis.
Windows has failed so much on me that it encouraged me to get a mac.
I do prefer XP when I have to use windows.
Windows still dominates the game market… XP has been always my choice in making up my mind which version to install out of all numerous versions. It is still my fav.
