On the Eleventh Day After Christmas, Macenstein gave to you (or, more accurately, gave you a chance to win…) a iLuv iMM173 Dual Dock Alarm Clock for iPod/iPhone!

iLuv imm173

If you’re anything like us, odds are you buy a new iPod or iPhone every 3 months, as well as a new iPod speaker system and alarm clock. And like us, your counter tops are now probably pretty much overrun with those speakers, clocks, and charging cables. Well, iLuv aims to at least cut that techno clutter in half with their kick-ass iLuv iMM173 Dual Dock Alarm Clock for iPod/iPhone . Boasting not one, but TWO iPod/iPhone charging stations, the iMM173 is pretty much the bee’s knees of iPod alarm clocks for any dual iPhone/iPod household. Check out the features:

To enter: We’re pretty sure you’ll LOVE the iLuv almost as much as you love your Apple gear, after all, it lets you charge more than one Apple product at once. But we’ve got a “tough love” question for you. Leave us a comment telling us, if you could only own ONE Apple product, and have to use competing companies’ offerings for the others in your life, what Apple product would you choose to own? Could you live using a Windows PC if it meant you could have your iPhone? Could you get by with just your Mac if you had to use a Sansa MP3 player?

Winners will be picked randomly 7 days later and notified (kind of like in The Ring, only with less killing… we hope). Open to all readers world wide. Good luck, and thanks for reading Macenstein! (Oh, and be sure to enter ALL our “12 Days AFTER Christmas” Giveaways!)
Please note: Comments may take a while to show up, please do not double-post. Thanks!

As much as I’d hate to give up my iPhone, I’d choose my MacbookPro for sure. Android seems a decent enough alternative but I never want to go back to windows.

  2. John says:

    My MacBook.

I could “live” with other media players, phones, etc. But, having to rely on Windows or Linux would just leave me feeling empty and lost.

  3. Steven Thompson says:

macbook, completely. iphone’s awesome, but my entire life is on my macbook.

  4. justin says:

    My MacBook for sure.

  5. Mike says:

    laptop

  6. Alex Jordan says:

It’s like choosing your favorite child. I love them all in different ways. I’d still have to say my MacBook Pro. Couldn’t live without it.

  7. Xero says:

Mac desktop, i could deal with a PC laptop and i know of a really cool japanese MP3 player i don’t really se apps so no real loss there

  8. Felix says:

    MacBook Pro

  9. Eric M. says:

It was really hard to choose between the MacBook and the iPod Touch, but ultimately the Mac wins.

  10. Sam Dale says:

    iMac.

Even though there’s not really anything that would replace my iPhone 🙁

  11. Patrick says:

    Talk about Sophie’s Choice. 🙁

I guess if it came down to it, I’d have to choose my iMac over my iPhone. While I do boot into 7 for my Steam associated gaming pleasures, I think a large part of me would die if I had to give up OS X.

  12. Matthijs says:

Macbook Pro ofc, working on windows is just ********

  13. Oh come on…
    That’s not fair….
    Only one?!

Windows Computer is definetly a no-go…
So goodbye iPhone, I just need the MacBook Pro too much… :’-(

  14. Angel E. V. says:

Definitely my Macbook Pro cause I’m a freelance Graphic Designer. I would give up my iPhone for a a Nokia N900 just cause I like to hack it 😛

  15. TIm says:

    Macbook Pro

  16. Fernando says:

if you could only own ONE Apple product, and have to use competing companies’ offerings for the others in your life, what Apple product would you choose to own?

My MacBook Pro, but it’s so hard to leave my iPhone or my iPods away…

Could you live using a Windows PC if it meant you could have your iPhone?

I will, even if the Win is Vista… the problem would be syncing my Phone with it the way I do it with the Mac.

Could you get by with just your Mac if you had to use a Sansa MP3 player?

I could, but I would use the Mac as mp3 player and leave Sansa at home making friends with my Windows computer.

  17. Mikkel says:

I’d have to go with my MacBook Pro, even though I’d really hate to let my iPhone go.

  18. n3wf0ld3r says:

    Just my Imac

  19. Paulius says:

    Macbook Pro for sure 🙂

  20. harpoon says:

IPhone, though I’d hackintosh a PC if it was within the rules

  21. Doug says:

    iPhone, no contest.

  22. Brandon says:

probably need my mac, because i can deal with a regular phone most of the time. i just cant deal with the PC’s being idiotic anymore, im 20 years old and 22 years too old for that crap

  23. edoreld says:

    My Macbook!!!!!!!

Never again, never again, will I go back to that searing pain!

  24. Jake says:

I live on my iPhone, barely using the BlackBook or Mac Mini anymore. A Dell Mini 10 with HDMI out would do for a laptop/media server… I guess.

  25. David says:

    I’d give up my iPhone.

  26. Chris H says:

I’d have to stick with my MacBook Pro and sacrifice the rest 🙁

  27. Ryan Powell says:

Man…if it weren’t for the hundreds of games/apps on my iPhone, it’d be a no-brainer to give it up to keep my MacBook Pro. I still give the edge to my MacBook Pro, as I remember how hellish it was when my computer was getting repaired and my company gave me a loaner ThinkPad. For an entire week. (shutters)

  28. David says:

    MacBook Pro 13″

  29. mrzo says:

    macbook, better phone 🙂

  30. Dave says:

iPhone. I use a PC at work and it’s a pathetic excuse for a machine. But outide of work, my iPhone, Linux, and web services should be sufficient without all the Microsoft taint.

  31. Grant Wall says:

I’d have to keep my MacBook Pro. As I work in media, I really can’t touch Windows. I suppose I could if I wanted to, but I detest Windows with such a passion due to it’s media handling. I could possibly replace my iPhone with the Nexus One when it’s available in Canada even though the iPhone is awesome and is literally in my hands about 25% of the day.

  32. Donn says:

No! Don’t take away my Apples.
But I lived with SE phones and Sony Walkmen, so that leaves my iMac. I couldn’t exist without it. It’s what gets me paid.

  33. Scott says:

My iMac is the center of my digital universe. IF I had to make a choice that would be it. Fortunately I don’t have to…

  34. Isaac says:

While I love my MacBook, I can’t say that I can manage without the iPhone.

  35. Danny Tang says:

My MacBook has my life on it, I can loose my iPhone and iMac but my MacBook is a must have!

  36. darrell says:

My MacBook Pro – i’m sure there would be some discomfort syncing music or movies from an Android Phone through USB/Disk storage mode, but it’s better than clumsily trying to make linux or windows ‘work’ like os x.

  37. Joeri says:

    MacBook Pro

  38. Matthew says:

    Macbook pro..

Unless the iTablet is revealed.. then I’d probably choose that.

  39. Casper D Schrankenmüller says:

I will have to have my Ipod 6G… cant imagine using another thing to have music with me around on. I LOVE my music so there for I sacrifice all other apple products.

  40. Sylvain says:

iSlate for me, or a real product : a Mac Pro with Cinema Display 30″ 🙂

  41. Gregg says:

    My desktop iMac, for sure.

  42. Nick says:

Would have to keep my Macbook Pro. The core ideology of Apple has always been the computer. And i follow that 🙂

  43. Balint says:

Definitely my MacBook. I can hardly live without my Touch, not so hardly without my Mighty Mouse, but my MacBook is like a piece of my life, I just can’t be without it.

  44. Abubaker Shamlan says:

    MacBook Pro

  45. Peter Eszes says:

    macbook pro of course

  46. blogfighter says:

    My ibook.

  47. David says:

    MacBook Pro, for sure!

  48. Jeff says:

    My MacBook Pro

  49. pawel_z_wrocka says:

My MacBook Pro… with my iPhone hidden inside its bag ;-).
