“The 12 Days AFTER Christmas” Giveaway: Day 24 – Belkin TuneBase Direct with Hands-Free

This contest is closed. Congrats to faithful Macenstein reader Leif.

On the Twenty-Fourth Day After Christmas, Macenstein gave to you (or, more accurately, gave you a chance to win…) The Belkin TuneBase Direct with Hands-Free!

Sure we all love our iPhones, but who likes crashing our cars and dying while using them? Not me, that’s for sure. That’s why I’m pretty jealous of whoever wins this Belkin TuneBase Direct with Hands-Free.

Talk Hands-Free and Listen to Your Playlist—Without Missing A Beat

Listen to your iPod or iPhone music and talk hands-free through your car stereo system. TuneBase Direct connects directly through your car stereo’s auxiliary input jack (3.5mm cable included), so you get the best possible sound for your playlist and your calls.

Make and receive calls with the push of a button. If your iPhone is playing music when a call comes in, the music automatically fades out. You’ll hear the caller’s voice on speakerphone loud and clear through your car’s stereo speakers.

Swivel It
The innovative cradle holds your device securely while you drive and swivels horizontally for easy viewing of your device’s GPS features, like turn-by-turn directions. It also makes it easier for passengers to watch videos.

A Perfect Fit
The unique cradle easily adjusts to fit most iPods and iPhones—even with a case on.

Arrive Fully Charged

TuneBase Direct charges your device through your car’s 12-volt lighter outlet, so you can listen or talk without interruption—even on the longest road trip. An additional USB port even allows you to charge a second device while you drive

To enter: Speaking of dying while driving, I’m curious just how negligent my readers are. So to that end, leave me a comment telling me Do you ever text while driving? Winner will be picked randomly 7 days later and notified (kind of like in The Ring, only with less killing… we hope). Open to all readers world-wide. Good luck, and thanks for reading Macenstein! (Oh, and be sure to enter ALL our “12 Days AFTER Christmas” Giveaways!)
Please note: Comments may take a while to show up, please do not double-post. Thanks!

I can’t stand people who text and drive, talking on the phone I can see, but most people I know have to stare at their keyboard, or lack of, to know what they’re texting someone. So, to answer your question, no I have not.

  3. Brian Beam says:

Nope. Don’t talk on the phone while driving either.
