3rd degree sunburn
Broken collar bone and cuts after car crash.
only a cut that rw
Only a cut on my back, required a few stitches
Railroad spike through the back of my thigh.
Chipped bone in my finger.
My worst was when I was using a riding lawn mower to spread sludge around our yard and my foot got caught by the back tire when it slipped off the clutch and it then drove up my leg, allowing my toes to touch my shin. I could actually hear the tendons popping and the ankle breaking. Too bad there isn’t a video of it,
Falling off a roof landing on a fence and breaking 3 ribs in the process.
being hit by a car and suffering a concussion, broken leg, bruised back, and facial injuries and almost lost my right eye. it sucked.
car accident and had elbow injuries. a surgery on that and leave a scar
i broke my finger while playing with one of those nerf vortex footballs. My finger hit the plastic whistle on it, and it broke, lol
Severed my achilles tendon playing tennis. They sewed it back together, then it was a cast for a month, boot for a month, then 6 months of PT. It took a year to completely recover.
Dislocated my knees picking my 3 month old son up.
sprained ankle is about the worst. No broken bones. Lucky so far. Touching wood.
one at a party I broke my big toe, it just hurt a little at first but later when the alcohol was going out of my system it was very hurtful. so ended up at the hospital around 03.30am (it was in DK so free healthcare) and it only toke like 20 min and i was on my way home again^^
was not able to do any sport in 2 weeks…
I did an Office Space on an old 20LB laptop. Only I kicked it like an idiot and 99.9% almost broke my big toe. I felt like I did. Took a long time to heal from that!
My worse injury would be when I separated my shoulder in Jr. high school and regular high school…repeatedly. I separated it a total of 7 times beforeI gave up wrestling (I was bad at it anyway, but I did love it!). Bothers me to this day (30 years later).
broke all 5 toes, metatarsal, ankle on one foot.
I once was cut about a centimeter below my achilles tendon while swimming by a falling glass tendon. Had I been cut a little bit higher, I wouldn’t be able to walk without a cane.
The luck I enjoyed that day, four years ago, almost makes up for never winning any contests on the internet. =P
Not sure if it’s the worst injury I’ve ever had, but it was the most painful and left a nice scar that I still have to this day. When I was kid playing hockey…I fell down and my glove came off my right hand…and this tard ran over my thumb with his skate…man did that hurt….lots of blood and nice three inch scar down my thumb…just lucky it didn’t take my thumb off.
A broken heart. Literally. Mechanical heart valves are no fun.
i broke my arm when i was in primary 3
Due to a work related accident, I had thirteen plus bones broken on my face mainly surrounding my eye. Ooouch!!
falls in winter.
Sprained ankle was the worst, fortunately no broken bones.
Epileptic seizure.
I guess I’m pretty fortunate, but I was running across a wooden floor several years ago a rusty screw went straight into the ball of my right foot. It wasn’t so much that it hurt, it was that for the rest of the day when I walked it would make a ‘tap, tap’ noise. Quite disgusting at the time.
dislocated elbow because i tripped. XD
Wounded pride 😉
Cracked elbow, skateboarding!
Got into a car accident the eve of my 13th birthday. Broken leg, broken arm, broken ribs, collapsed lungs, lost patches of skin on my legs and got a depressed skull fracture as well.
Doctors wouldn’t give me better than a 50/50 chance of living (I am told, I was out cold). Needless to say, I made it.
After a month in the hospital and three months in casts, back out into the world (almost) good as new. That was 1977. I wish I had those kind of recuperative powers nowadays.
Broken nose playing basketball with my dad… Blood EVERYWHERE!
Had a friend throw a stick at my head, cutting it open…
Broken nose, but with a surgery involved, so no gore…
A broken arm (but they thought I broke my neck).
Six stitches to the back of my head.
nothing serious all my life….
When I was a little kid I was riding on the back of a moped and, after forgetting to keep my feet and legs away from the spokes, got my foot caught in the back-tire spokes and was thrown off. That was not great, not great.
a broken wrist
Been real good at hurting other people – slamming hands in car doors, that kind of thing – but the worst thing I’ve done to myself has been a hangnail. Sad, but true.
Graduating from high school.
The real world sucks!
No broken bones here (knock on wood) But I suppose it’s the time back in 4th grade, when jumping ramps with the bike, I put the rear spoke through my leg… Trip to the hospital with my dad and 3 stitches… The doc let me help put them in…. Ah, memories…..
Filleted the side of my finger off once with an x-acto knife. My one and only trip to the ER.
Ran over my own thumb while skiing.
Climbed up on a spiked fence, during mid climb a car honked his horn and i got startled and fell through one of the spikes. I was able to pull myself out and call my neighbors and my dad to come get me. I got nine stitches.
a broken wrist
When I was 7 I fell off the top bunk while I was sleeping and broke my arm. It was pretty gross looking.
17 years ago I lost my front wheel on the mountain bike & flipped over…. Concussion, turned the left side of my face into a strawberry, partially torn ear. Have a few scars left to remind me to wear a helmet.
Broken Left arm.
in 2002, i was hit by 2 cars in about 2 seconds. the first one, a sedan, knocked me down, cracked my skull, lacerated liver and spleen, a couple herniated disks in my back, pinched nerve in spine.
second was a minivan across my chest with one tire. broken arm with nerve damage, broken and fractured ribs with punctured lung, road rash.
that’s all of it, i think.
couple weeks of medically induced coma, then a few more weeks in the hospital. worst thanksgiving ever.
