I Got it with the gift dragon level 7and the obsidian dragon level 6

I tried blazing and mud on a breeding cave and surprisingly, it works. I couldn’t get it the second time though…
Maaai GAWD! I am now incubating my THIRD Leap Year Dragon while trying to breed a rReindeer amd Mistletoe Dragon.
What in the world, cannot tell if this is good or bad…
I still have no Mistletoe or Reindeer Dragons…. Why?!

I got it with river level 10 and blazing level 11. This was on my first and only try.
okay, so i just got this with Blue Moon and Equinox, trying to breed a second Blue Moon. Gah!
You can also do hail/seaweed it works in December
I got the leap year dragon using mountin and poisne on 3 try hope that helps and friend me I give gem to gem every day????

I got it from Ash and Frostfire, It took many tries, but I got it.

I got it by breeding Mountain and Poison in epic breeding island

I got it by breeding ash + salamander in level 11
I bred a leap year dragon using a poison dragon and a glacier dragon.
I just got two leap year dragons in a row, in my breeding cave, using cotton and ice both, cotton at lvl 16 and ice at 15. Also got one in my island using chrome and scorch, lvl 15. I got leap year dragons out the wazoo!!
Poison and swamp works too
I got it first try in normal breeding cave with seaweed and firefly then I bred crystal and lichen and I got a moon dragon :0 then I bred the crystal and lichen again and I got a mistletoe dragon all on first try

I got it with crimson and pollon
If you breed the raindeer dragon and the obsadian dragon you can get a leap year.

I’m pretty sure i got this from the Epic Breeding Island from a lvl 4 Ash and lvl 4 Frostfire. Not sure yet, but the incubation time is exactly the same. I was going for a Jet Dragon. it started as 14 hours ~30 minutes

I’m trying to get ouroboros with swamp and magnetic, but 3 of 4 times I got leap year. I don’t want to leave my apocalypse dragon alone 🙁
OMG Got it by mistake, I didnt even know i was incubating it cause I didnt recognize the egg 😀 So happy!
I did Blazing and Mud and got it on the first try on regular breeding cave, both at lvl 11

Just bred the leap year dragon after many tries with all the combos above, then i tried METAL + PANLONG (both lv 10) on the EBI and I got it on my first try!!!!

I just got it on accident with a Quake and Evergreen trying to get a Moon. Weird.
Got it with magnectic and pollen of all things makes no sense was trying to breed zombie

i got it with level 10 cactus and level 10 mine in the normal breeding cave while trying for an apocalypse.

These are the most annoying dragons ever, I have 4 in my park 2 on display and have sold about 10 of them… -.-

Got 2 leap year dragons by using ash and quicksilver, I was using ash and quicksilver to get cyclops and I got leap year 2 times in a row
OMFG, I’ve been trying to get a summer dragon, and a double rainbow dragon and instead I got one rainbow dragon by accident and have several (and I mean freken several) leap year dragons. I like get a least one a day. Wtf!! I have gotten more leap year dragons then anything, in normal and epic breeding island. Why… How do I stop breeding them?? I keep breeding them with ash + coral and blazing + seaweed
Got a Leap Year with Rainbow + Rainbow combo, was trying to get a Rift dragon.
I breed a river dragon and a smoke dragon in a normal breeding cave (not upgraded). Both dragons were level ten.
I got a leap year dragon by breeding a level ten river and smoke dragon. Was trying to breed a panlong dragon. Surprised me quite a lot.
I got leap year with rain and mountain…. Why x-x I have been trying for sapphire But instead I have g often winter,leap year,rainbow,and lunar eclipse.

lol i bred leap year when i tried to get a paper dragon in the beb event as well as blue moon and others.
today though i bred a rainbow and leap year together and got another leap year dragon. the funny thing is that it has expired for months. WTF LOL???????!!!!!!!!
