To get a moon dragon I thnk you have to do it at night coz it is a moon dragon Evan though I don’t know for shor coz I haven’t got one myself
You do not need to breed it at night.
you need to breed a moon between 7pm and 7am same with sun being between 7am and 7pm… it matters

I am having the hardest time breeding a moon dragon! I have sun and solstice and rainbow but no moon. Is there any other trick to breeding it???
Try putting one of the dragons in the fountain of youth…it worked for me

i have all the dragons and 2 suns 2 solstices and 2 rainbows but only 1 moon, I’m trying to get a second so i can have unlimited.
malachite is a secret dragon, you can get it with metal and willow

You can also get the rarest dragon called the eclipse dragon by breeding it you need to breed a sun and a moon only during an eclipse

When I breed blue fire and crystal I got a sun…it’s annoying because I got excited for a moon and I already have a sun
I get the moon dragon when I breed a level ten frost fire and a level four lightning dragon

Yes! Got it on my first try! That or it is (another) Rainbow Dragon, (another) Ruby Dragon, a Sun Dragon, or a Gold Dragon. Whatever it is, it’s rare! The breeding time is 1:14:11:16, but it wasn’t originally that. It’s been going or a few minutes.

No, she got 48 hours and she got a gold, also Olympus dragons are 35 hours, pollen is 12 hours. Learn the facts

I have tried everything to get a Moon dragon – but no luck!!
I’m wondering if anything other than selected dragons matter?? …maybe having a specific decoration, Youth dragons, level 15 dragons or something else… Or is it all just luck?

if you want a cheap dragon pairing, use Lightning and Storm. I’m breeding my fifth now and the combo has never failed..

I got a moon with iceberg and sonic
After MANY attempts, just got moon by breeding sonic and storm regular breeding cave at 10:30pm. Don’t think time matters but just saying.
I just got a moon egg by breeding both level 10 cold and scorch on the first try – epic breeding cave – sat at 1:20 am. 48 hours. :-). Now I have to wait the other 48 to hatch. I was trying to get a frost fire dragon. Lol. Got the moon instead. 🙂

My little brother and i play dragonvale i am 10 years and hi is 4 i play it on My iPad and he play it on moms phone and he dont know anything about breeding and then hi randomly got moon wonder how however im so angry for that

Scorch and storm worked for me 15th try 48 hour (still breeding)
I did blue fire and crystal 35 times and no luck with anything
Firefly and storm didn’t work for me after 20 times.
