Still cannot get the ruby, sun, panlong, rainbow or sandstorm, almost level 22, with all the decorations islands and all? Breeding back to back and got my 4th moon!
HELP for the Ruby and Sun.
Any body who got the ruby would have a precise time for the ruby breeding?

I have been trying for over a month now, and I finally got something after i put my scorch and chrome in the fountain of youth. Give it a try.

Got sandstorm by breeding chrome and scorch. Bred ruby with this combo also. I was able to get ruby early in the morning,9am
I think that for the sun it needs to be daytime for you to breed it. I managed to get 2 rainbow dragons by breeding a seaweed with a firefly dragon. For the ruby I just used a scorch and a chrome dragon, but I think that the breeding is random but you should get one eventually 🙂 I hope this helped
It does not matter what time to breed moon and sun, which idiot got the idea!
Put scorch in the fountain of youth and then after its done breed it with the chrome! Lvl 10
I have 6 rubies now. Not time specific. All I have been doing for 2 weeks in chrome and scorch over and over. Got them in the breeding cave and the island.
Thank you to the people who have accepted my friend request – it is awesome to see your islands and click on the party hats but no one has sent me any gems even though I have sent them to you. I have one regular friend I send a gem to every day and if you send me them regularly then I will send one to you regularly.
If you have too many friends and can’t send me gems add me as a friend and we can at least get money each time we visit each other with the party hats.

I got Ruby, finally, after 17 days of trying with Chrome and Scorch. The only thing that works in this game is patients. So I’m at level 23 and I need friends. I’m saving up for the tree and then I want the breeding island. Add me please. Mse13.
Finally got a 31 hour breeding time. And no, it was not my first try. After MANY scorch and chrome combo attempts, I finally got it.

I have bred chrome and scotch together more than twice a day for 19 days…no ruby but I got my 2nd rainbow…? I have the breeding cave and the island going and I can’t get a freakin ruby. Does anyone have suggestions?
Put both in the fountain of youth. I did this and it worked for me. Also I doubt this makes a difference but I bred my ruby at 9 am? Maybe you can get it easier in the morning?
Oooo finally a 31h breeding time. Only took 35 firework dragons and a forge…
I did the fountain of youth and turned chrom and scorch into youngers and after an 8h breed i got a 31 🙂
Gonna keep chroms and scorches on the go for more rubys and golds 🙂

since gemstone island can only hold 12 dragons, need to stop breeding further ruby as to leave room for gemstone dragons of coming months. it’s time for BF to consider upgrade/expand of the island?

Hi everyone! I try to get my Ruby Dragon since 3rd of July but I still cannot breed it. I bred chrom and scorch and got 15 fireworks, 5 brass, 2 chroms and 1 forge dragon!!! I just don’t know what to do!!!!!! Every time when I dreed scroch and chrom I get 6 or 5 hours breeding time. Plz help me!!!!

That combination does NOT work I tried it like one million times and in every which way but didn’t get not one ruby dragon and I realy want one cause it’s the gemstone of July and I was born in july!!!!!!!!!

WOW! After 67 tries, between fireworks and 24 hour forges I got to manage to have a 31 hours in my regular breeding cave at 4 pm, Yeah for Ruby! Now I really want to have a sun and a rainbow. These are the ones I always wanted very badly since the beginning of the game, hope to make it soon.

Just got a 31 hour time!! I’m so excited, I can’t count how many attempts I have made to get this darn ruby dragon! It will be here shortly though! Don’t give up guys keep trying! My combo was Scorch lv15 and Chrome lv10.

I’ve gotten 10 firework, 4 scorch, a blazing, a firefly, a brass, a magnetic…seems like I can get anything but any type of rare. Haven’t gotten a single gold or rainbow.
Been trying for ages! At least 60 failures. Placed my scorch in the fountain and tot it on my first attempt!

i got 4 ruby dragons while usuing this combo. chrome/scorch both lv.10 i got 2 by accident while trying to get a gold dragon but oh well. this combo. really works and i was really lucky because i got a ruby dragon on my first try with this combo. plz add me on gamecenter CrystalMoon2468

For all of you who did not get the ruby yet, don’t give up, I had 84 tries, and when I thought of giving up, there 31 hours came, and now guess what, 2nd one on the island, first was on the regular bc. All my special dragons, 2 gold, 3 moons, blue fire and one ruby, I got at a regular bc.
Keep trying it will come soon.

Ok it took me a 2 months to get epic breeding island since I couldn’t buy it but even with using it I still can’t get the ruby dragon! Any tips I tried turning both of them to babies and both are level 10. Also, I thought that ebi is suppose to greater your chance of getting rare dragons. I still couldn’t get bluefire yet my friend did on her first try?

I have level 15 Chrome and Scorch, normal. Then level 15 Chrome and Scorch that I put in the Fountain of Youth. I’ve been trying 2-6 times PER DAY, every day this month. Spent like 35 gems so far. Still I haven’t got a Ruby dragon. Very discouraging. =\
