anybody who wants to feel free to add me sharing gems… game account savage_95 wasted alot of gems trying to figure out how to get this gold dragon and there has to be a simpler way… all i keep getting is rainbows and ruby dragons…. thought the chances of the breeding island and breeding cave upgraded would make you get rarer dragons
I was hoping on getting the ruby dragon from a chrome and scortch dragon and I am now incubating two 48-hour dragons. I’m guessing since the new dragon is gold it will be created by a fire and metal dragon so hopefully the two ones incubating now are gold dragons.

Please, doc, try lightning and forge to confirm for everyone. I did it and it worked on the first try but I can’t post pics (I’m at work) and don’t want people to think I’m trying to cheat them.

i tired using a chorme and a sorce on both the epic breeding island and cave(both upgraded) i tired it about 15 times a waste of gems cause all im getting is ruby and forge dragons… sometimes i get rainbows. i wanna get each dragon all im missing is a leap year dragon, love, and a clover… there need to be an easier way to make this gold dragon
I finally got it with chrome and scorch so it DOES work, but apparently many fire & metal combos work too, so just pick one and keep going. Chrome and scorch is a good idea if you don’t already have a Ruby dragon as I got 3 more rushing them for Gold.

We also used chrome and scortch and got a 48 hour breeding time as well.
You are probably getting rainbows. I’ve gotten 3 rainbows while trying to get ruby dragons.

Yup! I just got one from Chrome and Scorch on the second try. Lvl 10 collects 194/min. You’ll need to get a new treasure habitat for one, as well.

39 hours with enchanted breeding cave (48hrs in normal).
I used combo Chrome and Scorch (same with Ruby).

Yes can’t believe it tried 3 times with chrome and scorch and just got it. Tried 20+ times for a malachite but can’t get it, any tips?
For malachite use metal and willow got it on first try it’s also a good way to get pollen dragon got that on the next try with that combo gl!
Did you use breeding cave, or breeding island?
Try metal and flower for malachite. 😉

I used epic sanctuary thanks for the tips on malachite all of you but it still seems to be harder to get than ruby and even gold for me. Oh well if at first you don’t succeed and all that.

Bred Chrome + Scorch 8 times, got 5 Fireworks, 2 Ruby, and 1 Golden.
i tried chrome and scorch and i tried lighting and forge
both 3hours. -.-
I thin chrome and scorch is right, I just got a 48h breeding time on second try
It’s a combination between fire metal and lightning
– I tried brass (fire-metal) with lightning and got one
– another person tried forge with lightning and got one
– and if u try scorch with chrome u could get one bcuz u put metal, lightning and fire together but added air too
So try:
Scorch or firefly x metal
Forge or brass x lightning
Magnetic or copper x fire
I got mine in the first try: brass x lightning (since they’re both yellow lol)
Copper and blazing first try guys…chrome scorch is definitely rainbow I got it..malachite was metal willow and pollen was sandstorm plant…just lettin everyone know!

So can someone list the possible combo for the gold dragon, it kind of confusing reading everyone post try to find out the combo that could possibly work!
what would be the fastest way to get a f-ing gold dragon… im getting to many ruby dragons which is crazy… chorme and schorce= ruby and rainbow dragon kinda sick of getting them… can some one post how to get a gold dragon the fastest way. To breed Gold Dragon, it has been established that the elements metal and fire must be present. This means many combinations are possible. The Gold Dragon can be bred at either the Breeding Cave/Epic Breeding Island. Try Chrome/Scorch, Plant/Forge, Storm/Forge, Metal/Fire or Brass/Flower.
Available: Level 17
Habitat: Treasure (New Habitat)
Opposite: None
Incubation Time: 48 hours
Upgraded Breeding: 38 hours 24 minutes
Earning Rate/min: 30 (194 at level 10)
Buying Price: 2,250
Selling Price: 5,000,000
Hatch: 600,000

The combination is metal + fire, which is why you can get it doing chrome scrorch, flower brass, etc. cause they all have a metal and fire element. This is the confirmed combination, just search it on YouTube.

Got 2 using chrome and scorch. I have also got 3 ruby dragons and a rainbow using this combo in addition to countless firework dragons, forge, brass, and various others.
