I found the secret of breeding an Olympus dragon. You take the two dragons that can make an Olympus dragon and race them. If you can place with both of them you will get it right away. I kept trying and trying without this process and it finally worked when I went through this method. I did back to back races with these dragons, nothing in between.
Does it have to be in a row? Or just when it is the right event for them to compete?

This doesn’t work even a little. I have done two separate races and won gold with them and it hasn’t worked either time.
Did race thing just now with blazing first and got second place, crystal second race and got third, bred them together and got 6 HOURS???!!!!????!!! Only did it once, but I don’t think that works!
Worked for me, maybe I’m just lucky.

Can’t be gold, because to get gold you have to have metal and fire. If you are going for gold I suggest using brass and forge because the only three outcomes are brass, forge, and gold.

I tried breeding blazing and crystal to the olyumpus dragons. The two times that I have tried I ended with 2, 48 hour wait times!! Not what what I was expecting…. But I’ll gladly take the two rainbow dragons!! 🙂

try putting them both through races and getting gold, before breeding. might help?

I have been trying for a week using both my breeding island an cave blazing and crystal, I’ve tried over 25 times by now and I haven’t gotten anything special. Sounds like everyone is getting it in under 5 tries so I must have some awful luck.

Just got bronze air and crystal and just reached max level 35 add me
Well after numerous painful failed attempts with getting mostly 24hr Crystal Dragons, ugh I finally got some for of 35hr Olympus Dragon with the combo Quake and Willow using the Breeding Cave. I ended up wasting 37 gems along the way to speed things up. What a process….
I bred a lvl10 Blazing Dragon (left) with a lvl10 Crystal Dragon (right) and ended up with a 35 hour breeding time on the third or fourth try. This is in a normal breeding cave. I didn’t have any other dragons on that particular island except a Solstice Dragon. Otherwise, only my Colesseum, farms, and similar buildings. Don’t yet know if it’s a Gold, Silver, or Bronze variant but I’m finding out in ten hours! Good luck!

If you have an upgraded breeding cave/island then it’s an Olympus dragon – congrats!
I used crystal and blazing and got bronze and silver olympus dragons …. Tried breeding this pair a few more times after and only got blazing or crystal. So I tried dodo and scorch and have had another success . Try this combo it works
