The 1st Egg is the DragonVale Malachite Dragon Egg (very slight variation to the Willow Dragon egg pictured 3rd)
Bred Metal and Willow in anticipation of a Malachite Dragon but got a 7 hours breeding time…a Willow perhaps? One can only hope as the latter eludes me for some time now. Can’t always depend on the suggestions 100% sadly.

The Metal dragon and the Willow dragon shall come out as a Pollen dragon. 33.21% chance.

sandra, 7 hrs is the pollen dragon. lemme give you a tip. try to memorize the breeding times of all the dragons and what elements they are. this will help you learn what dragon youre getting a lot quicker.

I just bred metal and flower and I have a 48 hour time. Any ideas?
It might be a rainbow dragon 🙂 Others with the same incubation time are the moon/sun dragons and the seasonal dragon.

My son was trying to breed a silver dragon with Lichen and metal and got 2 Malachite and 2 steel over 4 breeds.
I got a silver dragon with metal and evergreen. ????
OMG THANK YOU MARGARET!!! This combo worked for me on the SECOND TRY!! I tried over and over, for the last almost two months to get this dragon (I need him to breed the Jasper Dragon) NOTHING WORKED… I used Metal+Willow… nothin… metal+flower… nothin.. SO YOUR THE BEST!

The Metal dragon and the Flower dragon shall come up with a 35.80% chance for a Forge dragon. I don’t understand why it is 48 hours though.

Trying to breed this dragon with plant and ironwood, but I just keep getting metal, which is 8 hrs -.- Not even plant dragons, which take only 15 sec to incubate…
Yeah, I’ve got one malachite ad I’ve been trying to breed it with a metal to get another and I’m on my second metal from that combo. I thought we weren’t supposed to be able to breed elementals from combinations?!?!
If you breed an Ironwood Dragon with Plant or Metal Dragon it will only result in a Plant or Metal Dragon. Also if you breed a Malachite Dragon with a Plant or Metal Dragon it will result in a single elemental Dragon, Plant or Metal. This goes for all opposite dragons. When opposite dragons are bred with a pure elemental dragon of its type it will only result in a pure elemental dragon of its type not another opposite dragon. I hope this helps.
You cannot get this dragon by breeding a plant dragon with a metal combo — you will only get a ironwood (possibly) or something else. This dragon requires a metal dragon to be bred with a plant combo and as was already stated not an ironwood.
…If your lucky. I still don’t have Malachite or Ironwood. Plant or Metal with any combo of plant/metal keeps coming up Plant or Metal for me.

Metal and Swamp comes out as a Quicksilver dragon, at the highest rates.
Has anyone else noticed their opposite dragons are gone out of the market as of 1/1/13?(Today). Are they still breadable just not buyable?? I didn’t see anything in the update notes for the latest update , usually they note that sort of thing.
I also have several dragons missing from the market, including Malachite, and I have not gotten any of the missing ones from breeding attempts. I first noticed the missing dragons after the “Bring ’em Back” deal started.

Ugh! Keep trying Flower x Metal for a Malachite and thus far have gotten 2 Moss (can’t figure out HOW that happened), 2 Flower, and 4 Forge (and it looks like my current attempt is going to result in yet another one). Surprised the little bugger is proving so elusive for me.

I breeded crystal a lichen for the 11 time and something for 48hrs on a epic breeding island came what could it be
I bred Clover and Metal in my EBC and got 10hrs. What would it be? Do I get upgraded breeding times now that I have the EBC?

I actually bred the malchite dragon 2 times in a row using metal and poison and I think it’s better than metal and flower
breed metal and flower on EBI and got the malachite dragon, 1st try, trying again for egg display..

Fourth try metal and willow
Got it using Mataliano and plant 4 times in a row
got evergreen with 5 cold and 9 pepper

Got it with Forrest and metal, got it on 2nd try. I’m trying for a bronze dragon and this combo gets both dragons.

Just got one with lvl 16 metal & luminous dragons in the regular breeding cave. I like this combo because the highest fail time is 13 hours(luminous). You don’t have to worry about getting any treasure dragons in the process.
I got him by breeding chrome and plant both level 13
What will I breed if I breed 2 iron blossoms together? Feedback would be appreciated
