Tried breed ing mountain and rain I got 3 steel 5 fog 2 rain and another one I don’t know a bout help me get sapphire

Ugggggggg the blue moon dragon was so easy why can’t I get a sapphire? Silver or paper ughhh have sold dragons just to make room for newly bred rain and mountain still no sapphire. Even tried the fountain of youth trick uuughhhhhhhh no go
What’s the fountain of youth trick? Oh I got the paper 2nd try with evergreen and lava. Still no sapphire though!! Ugh. Why do they make it so hard?!!?
Hey I need help getting gems to get the sapphire dragon.

I will trade gem for gem, I have the Dragonsia Gifting Tree, so I will trade gems.
I just don’t believe, I am level 29, with both Sanctuary and upgrade breeding cave, I have tried 76 times for the sapphire on the Sanctuary and EPI and all that I get is 6:23 hours with literally almost 100 dragons between rain, snow, ice and fog.
Ever since I got my Sanctuary I was not able to breed one special dragon there. Wow! so many gems and I was better of before.
Anyone with and info on that?

In all 76 times did u breed Rain and Mountain everytime? Bc tha is only combo and if u did 76 times rain and mountain on ebi or cave upgraded u are pretty much 99.9% guranteed mathmatically a Sapphire. So i am amazed!!
So, get more amaized, now it is 96 times 5 different pairs of rain an mountain, only breeding mountain level 10, 11, or 12 same for the rain! 5 pair 3 times daily now at 96 times cannot see any more fogs snows and 6:23 hours now again in both epic and sanctuary both and i only have 6:23 hours over and over and over HELP!

Got it on first try at the epic breeding island. Tried many times at my basic breeding cave, but no sapphire.
About freaking time I got a 30 hr breeding time does anyone know what u get breeding 2 olympus dragons together

I bought the 130 pack of gems, and then I used them all up trying to breed this dragon and I STILL haven’t gotten it! I’ve been trying ever since you proved the combo. I got my first rainbow dragon, but no sapphires!

I live in mountain standard time. Bred lvl 10 rain & lvl 10 mountain regular breeding cave one at 200 am and 400 am. Other times of day, I couldn’t get one to save my life.

Just got my first sapphire. Level 10 rain with level 15 mountain at epic island.
Finally got my sapphire dragon with level 10 rain left & level 15 mountain right in epic island.
5 try got it
I finally got the sapphire dragon after maybe 30 tries. I leveled up the mountain and rain dragons to level 15 and got the sapphire dragon on the first try after that. I used the regular breeding cave. Yeahhh!

You have to go in to the settings of your ipod/ipad or phone and change time there. I have only ever got my sapphire dragons when bread at 10.00 p.m. I have tried loads of other times without look, it’s worth a try. Good luck.

Yes it is Sapphire. Sapphire is regular breeding cave not upgraded is 30hours and as long as you bred Mountain and Rain. If u bred Mountain/Rain and got 30hours u guranteed are gettin a Sapphire congrats

Maybe try crystal and fog, that’s what it says on another website.
I got 2 rains from trying rain and mountain, but I tried crystal and fog once already and it got me a rain or fog. 🙁

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to say thank you to all of the people who have added my son’s Dragonvale game and contributed gems to him. He was amazed when he saw the total going up and up. He has the gifting tree and I make sure he gives back gems to people every day.
BTW still no sapphire dragon! We have tried 3-5 times a day every day using both breeding locations, and still NOTHING! Amazing. Last month was the same with the peridot. We finally got it on the 31st at like 4pm, It’s nuts!
i had the same thing!!! try changing the time at 10:00pm and use the breeding cave with level ten on both dragons.

Well I FINALLY got this dragon. I did rain on the left mountain on the right both level 10. It took me at least 200 tries. Absolutely ridiculous. Keep trying.

these dragons are getting harder and harder to get. I’ve been trying for paper and sapphire since they became available and still haven’t gotten them. I’m at max level, have both breeding caves, my dragons are usually at level 15 but never less than 12 when I breed them…. it’s like they WANT to see me get frustrated. haha.

I am realy upset. ???? since one week i have added a few friends such as becburt,custos,shockleyc and featht and every SINGLE DAY i send them gems and i havent eaven had a single one from them!!!! even shockleys one has a dragonsai hifting tree! so, from now on i will not send,not even one, gem to any of you for.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I’m currently waiting for my SECOND Sapphire dragon to hatch.
The first time I was able to breed it: third try of mountain and rain level 10 dragons bred at around 6:30 pm. Got it during the first week of September. This was done in the upgraded breeding cave.
The second time I was able to breed the sapphire dragon was last night after approximately 18 days of trying to breed the sapphire dragon. It was around 10 pm on the breeding island. I used gems to speed up the breeding and right now, I’m just waiting for the egg to hatch.
I dunno if that helps out anyone but that’s how I did it.
