Can a blue moon dragon be bred by another blue moon dragon or are they like the gemstone dragons and can’t breed at all with any dragon not even one of the same type?
since its habitat is moon it can breed with moon and blue moon dragons. gemstone types are the only ones that cant breed.

Do current and cold it took me only 2 tries and blue moon!!!
Got it with cold(lvl10) and lightning (lvl10) on a regular non-upgraded breeding cave after 20 trys. Been breeding all weekend Thanks for the tips everyone

Blue Fire(lvl 15) + Crystal (lvl 15) I got it in one try.
I finally just got one with fire and storm normal breeding cave. probably about my 11th try:) just keep going until your last hours, you’ll get it. just don’t give up hope.
I am so sad, i tried and tried and no luck. I even spent the few gems i had just trying different combos. Feels like they really push you into spending money on the game or you don’t get the rare and cool stuff. I dont have the EBI thats why I had no luck, please add me, I only have 3 friends and I give them gems everyday but they dont return the favor. I would save for EBI and upgrade my nest thing. Thanks!

We got them 3 x with firefly and storm and other people in the house got them with blue fire and Crystal and blue fire and cactus. tehy seem much easier than other rare dragons to get.

I was actually able to do it early this after noon pacific time .. normal breeding cave, level 10 bluefire and level 10 crystal. what a shock!

I am so bummed:( it’s not in the store anymore! I just wasted 30 gems speeding things up, then to check the shop and it’s not there. No blue moon for me, just like the leap year and the bone. oh well, congrats to those who were lucky! Back to the sapphire… and gold and silver.

Hi Dr, I think the Blue Moon belongs to the moon habitat, not Seasonal..
I got my blue moon dragon egg. It had about 12 hrs left to hatch, but it disappeared! Do the limited time dragons have to be hatched by the “deadline”? I thought as long as I’d gotten the egg in time, I’d have the dragon!
No, once you have them it shoudlnt dissappear, we have 3 in our house all hatching still.
When I opened the game today, the egg was back. Weird, but phew!!
I got 3 Blue Moon dragons with fire and storm! First try every time! Lvl 15 fire on left and Lvl 10 storm on right. EBI
Storm+lightning=blue moon storm+cold=blue moon

I use a storm and lightning and ended up with a 48hr. Any ideas what it could be?
me too. Was trying to get a leap year. Bred it with crystal+lichen both level ten. Got it on my second failed attempt to get a leap year. First try I got an emerald. Third I got a leap year.
Try litchen and magnetic i got it twice with that combination
