try cold and lightning you may get a storm more likley but I got my blue moon dragon from cold and lightning. the thing is you have to be lucky because you may have the combo of the normal moon dragon and if you are lucky it is a blue moon dragon
It depends on the level dragon level 10 and up are more likely blue moons
I did lightning and cold and it says its taking 2 days

I got a blue moon with quake and evergreen, level 11 on both. I was trying for an amber dragon.

I just got mines using cactus and mine too!! I was aiming for the apocalypse since i bought the habitat weeks ago, but got this instead……i dont mind since i also had a moon habitat empty for weeks so yay me!!!!!!
Btw, this “all dragons are back” thing is awesome!! Since i downloaded this app in october, this really helps me in getting a lot of dragons faster!!!

I just got the blue moon dragon – I did Evergreen & Quake. This is a pair that I just do all the time in my Epic Breeding Island ~ Wasn’t trying for anything in spefic but have gotten some pretty nice ones.. Including some more uncommon ones, this blue moon dragon, and then also a rainbow dragon.
Oh yes, that’s right, I was trying to get a Amber dragon, but am happy with what I have gotten previously and will continue to use them!!

And the best part! i bred this in the normal Breeding Cave! YEAHEA BOOOOY!

Amazing!! I was trying for a different dragon but I got the blue moon dragon on the FIRST try with blue fire and lightning.

Question: To get a Blue Moon, do you have to breed it between 7 PM and 7 AM like a regular Moon?

I got it first try by breeding sonic and storm (order does not matter) I bred them at between 12am to 1pm
Dudes I finally got it it takes like 13 times but you could get it I had to use hail and sonic.
I got a Blue Moon dragon with a Celtic and Leap Year dragon. Totally not expecting it. I was dreaming of something even more awesome since those were my only two rainbow habitat dragons. I’m okay with this too though. 🙂

I just got mine accidentally by breeding a paper dragon with a love dragon.

I got a blue moon dragon using the combination of Flower (lv 14) and Storm (lv 14) in the breeding island! Was trying to get a Celtic but oh well! Haha

i got it with cold and cactus a long time ago, but as far as i know it still works
What is the best breeding combo?? I have tried cold and lightning 2 times and only got storm. They r both lvl 13. Shall I try another breeding combo?? Let me know what u think

blue moon is available till August 24 this year (2015). i got first try with sonic and iceberg both lvl 11 in ebi
For me;
Sonic (LVL 11) + Iceberg (LVL 11) in the EBI = Blue Moon dragon.
