The 1st Egg is the DragonVale Blue Moon Dragon Egg
Fire n storm 3rd try!..use that combo..easy to get both dragons and if it’s not 30
Hours it’s only takes 3-5 gems to speed up the breed and the eggs save more

I got one with sonic & Iceberg… 7th try, speed up with gems 3 to 5 at a time… so i recomend that you buy some jems and get this dragon while you can!!! it take much…

Second blue moon dragon was bred with crystal and lichen reg cave
I got it using Blue Fire and Crystal!! Wow first time in EBC. Used gems to speed it up
Fire and storm dragon confirmed on my 6th attempt. if you’re low on gems and can’t afford to speed up the breeding process like myself, i highly recommend using this combo as your average breed time will be 3-5 hours. Less hours equals more chances. Just remember that this game is all about patience, so keep on trying. Individuals that happen to snag one on their first try are simply lucky. So wait…why are the moon habitats shining? Is it just because of today or does it mean a blue moon is being bred? o_o For the record..I’ve been trying with blue-fire and crystal for at least ten times now..sigh, I’m hoping it’s close because my sonic and iceberg have bred up a 48 hour breeding time in the regular cave. -.-

I got it on my first try with Blue Fire Lv 8 and Storm Lv 10 in the upgraded breeding cave.

Go mine the 3rd try. Bred a cactus then a storm. Used gems to free up epic breeding island. Woot!

Iceberg and sonic FIRST TRY
I think I have one of these going in the cave right now with FROSTFIRE and Storm. I’ve been trying to figure out what the heck it could be all morning. I looked at all the breeding charts I could find online and nothing would answer my question. The time frame is 29 hours and change. Very exciting! I’ll report in to confirm when I can see what egg it is.
It most likely is the blue moon dragon. Because the blue moon dragon’s time is 29 and some extra minutes. Lucky you.

I bred a Fire [left] + Storm [right] at 2 pm Sep. 7th. I was actually trying for a blue fire and turned out 29.5 hours? So I’m guess blue moon? Dunno though.

Oh thank god, I’m gonna breed three of these so I can finally fill my moon habitats, ( I have been trying to get a single moon dragon for a long time now, only gotten 7 suns consecutively…)
that (the lack of moon dragons) might be because you are only breeding during the day. [any combination of cold + lightning has the potential for sun not moon 7AM-7PM device time, moon not sun 7PM-7AM)

Hey Doc, you should add a place on this page where people can make dragon suggestions! It would be cool to see if the makers of Dragonvale did any of them.
I tried the combo with which I got my sun, moon and solstice dragons with… Storm and plant, and I have the right breeding time. I just don’t have any gems so I can rush and check it. Finger’s crossed…

No 30 hours is Sapphire. If it was blue moon it’d be 29.53 hours. That is for just normal breeding Adjust by 20% and Sapphire is 24hrs and blue moon is 23hrs 37m 26.4s Hope that helps
I got blue moon with fire and storm on like my fifth try I think, it came up with 30 gems to incubate in now, is that right? Have I got blue moon? It can’t possibly be another sapphire with that combination

FIRE and STORM! It said “speed up for 24 gems”( bc I got the boost that speeds up the breeding time). Now it’s in my nursery =).

I think I got really lucky. I got a 30 hour breed time with fire and storm first try. Finally a rare dragon that doesn’t take 25+ times to breed
did storm and fire both put through the fountain of youth got it first try
30 hours is Sapphire so that’s great. Blue moon is 29.53 hours. Unless u need to adjust by 20% then Sapphire is 24 hours and blue moon is 23hrs 37m 26.4s

I am so ARRGGG right now! At 7 am this morning I breed a crystal and blue fire in hopes of getting a blue moon. Well I got a 48 hour breed time. A regular moon on my first ever try. I think it was because I was trying to get something else!

Idk what you people are talking about I’ve tried 5 times with bluefire and crystal no blue moon I’ve tried twice with firefly and Storm again no blue moon
I did fire & storm & bluefire & storm about 10 times in regular breeding cave & nothing but I tried Fire & Storm in EBI & got it 2nd try! Try different combos & in both breeding cave & island (if you have it) you’ll get it, just be patient. I know it’s hard cuz I’m not a patient person at all, lol,bbut we have until Monday. ??????
