tried blue dragon and crystal…got 30 hours breeding time…
Yep, 4 attempts, roughly 12 gems later – sucess w/ sonic and iceberg
Havent gotten it. On my 10 try still havent gotten it! Wtf! So pissedddd.
Dont fell bad im in the same boat. I have been trying for a day and a half now and nothing. i want to jail brake my phone just to cheat but then the game would be no fun. whats a boy to do.
Try lightning and cold. It worked twice in a row for me.
Try using fire and storm. My first two attempts were fireflies, with a breeding time of 3 hours, so didn’t take long at all. 3rd attempt is blue moon 😀 was really suprised. This was just done in the normal breeding cave btw

Got 2 blue moons using blue fire and crystal
Got it first time sonic baby 10 and iceberg baby 10 in ebi. Would somewhere around 1:5:32:49 look to be correct?
Yes, because the time for blue is 29.53, took me at least 10 tries…I used fire and storm because if it’s something else, it’s only 3 or5 gems to try again.
Sonic iceberg 3rd try and tired of my brother complaining on how he never gets any good dragons

I got blue moon on second try with firefly and storm
Pretty sure I got it u can speed it up for 30 gems so yeah fire and storm EBI I also got blue fire

FINALLY!!! Fire & storm (level 10) at EBi after 4 tries. Wanted to give up and focus on sapphire instead.
I got it on my second try with fire level 10, and storm level 10… Has anybody else had trouble with trying to send gems?

Does anyone know how many tries it takes to get Blue moon in the regular breeding cave
Depending on what combo you use it varies as well as how lucky you are. I received it on my first try using fire and storm. Worst case is you wait 2-5 hours if you don’t get the blue moon breed right away.
I’ll let you know if 2 moons make a blue moon, 10 hr left.
Guys try scorch and storm dragon the only wait times are 2 and 3 hours before the blue moon it’s very fast
Got it 3rd try crystal left blue fire right. used up 100 of my gems.

I commiserate with you. I’ve spent more than 200 gems trying to breed sonic and iceberg / blue fire and crystal to no avail. Fire and storm worked after a few tries. Maybe 1 blue moon is enough.
Yes I’m having lots of trouble. Keeps crashing on me. I hope they fix this soon. I swap all the time and I don’t want my game friends to think I stopped.

it was an accident though. my storm was below my crystal, and i accidently hit it. was thrilled when i saw the time and shut down the game for the night. this morning i went on and was all “oh wow!” i bred the wrong ones and still got it! lol
i dont know if i got it yet!!!!! ^^;
i did Sonic + Iceberg on the upgraded EBI, and i got 28:00 or sometin.
i know the times are shortened, so im wondering if i got it yet?

sonic+crystal? are you sure??? that would mean that the blue moon doesn’t require cold in the mix. [sonic+crystal includes only air, lightning, earth]

The 30 hours is blue mOon…. The only way to get saphire is mountian and rain. Sick of everyone saying I got saphire with cold and lighting or watever no that’s a blue moon. There’s only one way to get the gem dragons

I got one on my EBI just bred fire and storm and the incubation time was 30 hrs? I that for sure I had a sapphire. I’m so confused:/ oh well least I got one cool dragon! Now it’s time for me to focus on sapphire once again-__-
Thanks for the help. Got three blue moons ATM. One off of blue fire and crystal. Two off of storm and fire. Told my brother and girlfriend to try storm and fire and they both poped it same time. So I would try that if you havnt already! Good luck

Try lightning and cold. It works and I’m pretty sure you get better odds since there is less possible combination of dragons.

Within three tries using lvl 10 fire (left) and lvl 15 storm (right) have received two blue moon dragons.
I got it Left: Cold and Right: Lightning
Both level 10 babies
Then it told me I had to wait 1:05:30 one day, five hours and thirty minutes
Easier to use this combination since you either get the Blue Moon or Storm(only takes 5 hours)

Tried fire and storm twice…both level 10…got scorch each time. I cant seem to get any of the “special” dragons. I also cant keep my number of guests up…any advice?
i spent 115 gems to have this blue moon dragon by a fire and a storm.. ouch
Did a level ten fire on the left and level ten storm on the right. Got it the first time in my epic breeding island.
I have been trying Fire and Storm since yesterday and got nothing in both breeding habitats. Now I have TWO Blue moon Dragons breeding in each. On the EBI I have lighting and storm and in the breeding cave I have cold and storm. Breed both at once today at 1:15 pm. I am so excited. Wait time of 1:05:30. :-). I’ll go build two more moon habitats while I wait.. 🙂
