I can’t seem to get a single rare dragon. Trying for peridot for weeks, now sapphire, rainbow, pan long, sun, moon, blue moon, dodo, sandstorm, plasma, gold, silver, blue fire, etc, etc,… I use the combos suggested and only get eggs go dragons I already have… Not a single new or rare on in over 3 weeks of trying theses specific combos.

I bred Fire and Snow to try and get another storm, and I got a 29.5 hour breed time, I’m assuming it’s blue moon!
Whoops, I definitely meant Scorch and Snow! I’ve tried it 2x and gotten blue moon both times!

Do you have to be a certain level to get a moon dragon? I had to start all over…lost everything :(. Trying to get started again, but don’t want to loose out on the moon dragon!

Lightning/snow got it on first try on regular breeding cave 🙂
Can anyone tell me how to breed the blue moon dragon without the EBI,sonic and iceberg,and crystal and blue fire? Im going nuts if i dont find out.

I just got 24, current and cold, any ideas?
U need to notice exactly time breeding. If 24h its sapphie,unless if time is 23h29min, its blue moon

How many friends can you have in Dragonvale? Because I’m getting gems from friends but they are not on my Dragonvale friends list. Only on my Gamecenter as friends so I cannot gem them back. I have 88 friends for Dragonvale but they are not all on my DV friends list?? ANYONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW

You can many more than that number. There seems to be a glitch for some people since th lastest update. Some have gotten around it by launching DV through game center.
Having the same problem. I even added ppl as friends but… They r giving me gems but I can’t because they r not on my friend list ????
Reintall Dragonvale. See Dragonvale faq on process to follow. Worked for me.
I had same prob. Did research. New version of game and it has bug. Solution is to delete game then sign out of gamecenter then sign back then reinstall game. All game data on servers. Nothing lost and friend list complete.
Complete instructions on backflip FAQ. I did it with no problem at all. Btw friend max is 300
Make sure that you are still signed in on FB… For some reason, I get logged out from time to time and have to log back in again.
I’m trying 2 combos at once and I’ve tried each 10+ times already… I’m starting to get mad, I never get one on the first or second try or even the eighth try… FML more…
change ur combo base on other ideas. It will be done

I have been trying nonstop since yesterday to get the blue moon dragon on both the ebi and bc. Tried multiple combinations and no luck. Please send me gems to help me get it. I’ll return the favor and send u gems too. Ynnep1

Wooo HoooGot me a Blue Moon with Fire lvl 15 & Storm lvl 15, only 8 tries.
I have a Blue Moon egg incubating and another one still in the cave. The first one was Frostfire and Storm, the second one was Bluefire and Storm. One right after the other.

I’ve tried fire and storm and lightning and cold and crystal and lichen both in the enchanted breeding cave and the epic breeding island and still nothing!!!

This could be a blue moon dragon. I bred Iceberg and Sonic and got 30 hours, but it ended up being a blue moon instead of a sapphire.
level 12 lightning and level 12 cold in the regular breeding cave on the first try…

I got my moon on the first try by breeding a Lightning with a Snow.
I think that this is the best way, if you want to breed all those rare dragons, then you should get a dragonvale breeding app.

BTW, how lucky am I? My nest has rainbow, blue moon, and emerald incubating in it, and my breeding cave has Panlong & the EBI has another blue moon! HOLY CRAP, I should play the lottery today:D
Why do you have an emerald breeding? That hasn’t been out for months.
Maybe they meant sapphire. Because apparently even same type gemstone dragons can’t breed together.

Hey if you have two blue moons and you wanted to breed them together just to get like an egg or something after the event, what will happen? Will you just get a moon or will they not even be able to breed after the event? Anybody with the soloistice dragon had this problem? Please respond with what you think.
