I finally got it without even realizing lol. This one works, you just have to be patient, like all other times.
Try so hard for at least 20 times not even get 1…TT

OH MY GOD!!!!! I HAVE TRIED 13 TIME AND ONLY GOTTEN LAVA!!!!!! Is there anything else i can try?

I’ve tried at least 30 times with this combo, all through October and have not gotten it for the life of me.

From what I see, you might want to try anything with Plant, Fire, Earth, and Water. Not sure about anyone else, but I’ve been successfully breeding dragons, not breeding the general two dragons on the hints, but using the elements of them as a guideline. It’s really the only thing that has worked for me; Unless I want to keep trying to breed the same main 2 over the 35 times I’ve BEEN trying (with pretty much all the dragons I’m trying to breed!) And still not get results! When you get into the 30’s, you know it’s pointless to continue on. It’s just too much time and money wasted on something that’s never going to come. If you don’t get it within 10 tries, you’re probably not going to get it with that combo. From my experience, anyway….
My bad, the elements are Fire, Earth, and Water.
Gemstone dragons only have one specific breeding combination ,, They don’t go by the rule of elements but by specific dragons.

I got it on the third try using level 16 dragons with the “better” breeding odds
