The 1st Egg is the Dragonvale Celtic Dragon Egg
Flower & Storm Dragons (level 10) worked for me in the Epic Breeding Island.
ALERT TO EVERYONE!!!!!! I just got a notice in DragonVale that the Celtic dragon will be gone on March 18!!!! To everybody that needs one, the best combos are flower + storm and clover + storm.
It worked I got it with flower and storm third try!
Flower and storm first try on normal breeding cave (not upgraded)
Got it with Clover and Storm on first try, and both dragons were at level 5.
got 2 celtic dragons on first try with level 20 plant and 15 storm.
Used plant and storm got 48 hr breeding time could it be a moon?
Got one with storm +clover. First try 🙂

They are the Amethyst and the Apocalypse dragons
Is the apocalypse dragon still breed able then?
Only if you have two apocalypse dragons. You can’t breed them with two normal dragons anymore.:/
the purple and grey one is an amethest dragon and the other i think is an apocalipse dragon egg 😉

My guess is rainbow. Both my breeding cave and island are tied up with 38 hour and 24 minute. Given the Celtic and Rainbow are similar, I’m assuming I’m getting two rainbow. Hope I have enough time left for a Celtic.
I got a 48 hour too…I don’t mind if it a rainbow as I have been trying for one and couldnt get it…

It turns out to be a moon dragon that I don’t need anymore and still can’t get a Celtic……
In my pursuit of a 2nd Celtic Dragon. (Cuz with all limited Dragons I breed 2 then 1 egg for my egg museum), I got 4 Moon Dragons with the Clover and Storm combo and 1 Sun Dragon, so if anyone wants to try that combo, you have a 1 / 15th to 1 / 20th of a chance roughly to get those rares. Good Luck my friends

I did flower and storm for the 5th time it the EBI (which is upgraded). I got 13 hours and 35 min? Is that Celtic???

I did flower and storm level 12 and got a 13hr35 min breeding time with my upgraded epic breeding island. Is that the Celtic dragon?

I struggled with the flower storm combo, tried like 18 times, when I switched to clover storm, got one on the first try and my second on the 4th try…i suggest clover storm combo
Btw I tried flower and storm because both were level 18 dragons. My clover was only level 14 and I got the Celtic dragon easier with that combo albeit lower level.
I did clover + storm in a regular breeding cave and I got it first try
By the way all my dragons are level 10.
This is the easiest epic dragon to get there is! If you can get a rainbow from these combos, I’m going to try it a lot more
This dragon is NOT easy! I’ve got 2 sun dragons in a row and had to use all my gems because it is a 48 hr breed time and this dragon is only available for two more days. Uhhh!
According to the list, Celtic is available for he ENTIRE month of March, which means that you have 16 more days, not two.

Seriously, first two tries gave me sun. Did they have to pick combos that would generate 48 hr breeding times when the thing is only available for 3 days? I HATE wasting gems on that kind of stupidity!
I’m having the same problem.
Super easy to get… I got two within five or six tries! This dragon is gorgeous! I think this is my new favorite epic dragon:)
And BTW Mac is a life saver! No matter what comes out I always know he’ll have the combos within usually the first few hours and they WILL work, or they have worked for somebody:) love this site!

Got it first try in NORMAL non-upgraded breeeding cave with level 4 storm and level 4 poison. So happy! 🙂 The only other epic dragons I’ve gotten are peridot and amethyst but I had to start over and lost all of my dragons ;( I even had paper.
Finally breeding this bad boy after a bunch of tries with flower and storm 😀

Hey does ebi always speed up one because I don’t think mine does…. I got a firefly out of it once and it said breeding time was 3 hours and I breed a rainbows and said 48 hous but I got 17 hours on my ebi does that mean I got Celtic? I hope I did I did storm and flower in that order 🙂 I hope it’s celtic

word. good lookin’. Feb. was so good for me. I got like 15 rare/limited/epics dragons.
this month i got 1 gemstone so far and thats all.
so fickle this game, but it is fun.
Got it with lvl 18 plant and lvl 15 storm on EBI on second try. Good luck with breeding everyone! If you’re having problems breeding rares after many many tries then you should try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Don’t worry, all your progress is saved on the server… You won’t lose anything!

It’s probably a sun dragon. And you can buy gems at the market place
I used flower and and storm both level 10 at epic breeding island and got it on the first try
