I have a Motley incubating & a juvenile Motley. That Spring dragon was actually a Forge. My mistake.
Seriously, I usually know what egg it is. I’m pretty much a mind reader. I know people I’m crazy.
I got it flower and tree 1st attempt.

Mine was funny…I got my Mötley with Panlong 14 and Sakura 15. Kept trying the poison and flower but all I got was poison and flower. About 20 times
I just got a Motley with water and current (which I shouldn’t have bred in the first place).. my second motley, did a marathon of plant and fire to get the first one.
Weirdest thing: i Really just got this with plant & STORM (i know, i know)

Got two of these with quicksilver and water (trying for platinum). No fire or plant elements at all in this breeding pair.

I got without trying. I bred Bluefire and lightening and I got the Mötley dragon. I was trying to get the spring dragon but I got this one instead. Seriously, just try it.

Same here. Just figured it was another river. Never bothered to check the times since it wasn’t the Aquamarine. Now I have my pair so I can get my egg. Happy Happy Happy!
Is anyone else ticked because of the goals? Seriously I already got my Aquamarine and an egg and Now you give me a goal to get another one? So little time left to try to get it and my caves are filled with dragons that take 11-14 hours at a time. Bummer! Doubt I will get that goal completed this year! Anyway, gotta love DragonVale!

I got mine from blue fire and lightning…I was trying to get spring. My boyfriend got it that way as well. I’m thinking maybe because its the April fools dragon, it not what it says. Very strange that we both for it this way. Maybe it’s a glitch I don’t know but it works despite no plant element.

me too. tried with plant+storm several times, then got two motleys back to back. ^^ hopefully i dont keep getting em as im trying for my first bloom though…….

I just got this dragon using tree and flower while trying for Sakura.
I’ve been getting them with snow and fire.
Got it first time in ebi with blaze on the left and crystal on the right. Was actually trying to get Olympus dragon.
Took me like 2o try’s, just glad that posion and flower breed time are so short. But what’s I really annoying I got one spring and have bread it with my seasonal and have got 4 38hr to wait and no spring about to try firefly and storm till I get it
I got a motley with a metal and poison. I was aiming for a malachite or tat other one,but this weird checkered egg was there instead!
I got a motley dragon while I was trying to breed an ironwood dragon- a plant dragon on the left side, and a forge dragon on the right side. This combination worked on 1st try.
I just got one using river and iceberg. I was trying for aquamarine. Cool egg design. 🙂
Did you know it is possible to breed this dragon if the two dragons you breed don’t have fire it plant? I got mine with ash and storm. It even says that you can breed motley dragons with combinations without plant or fire in the breeding guide!
I just got one trying for my seasonal. So I would have bred – let’s see – firefly and pollen I think. I was breeding blazing and litchen or firefly and pollen – those were the two I have been breeding over and over. I think I bred it in my EBC.
Got it first try with river and iceberg both level 10 so it doesn’t have to to be plant or fire

Love how they describe this dragon. Its a reference to the band Motley Crue. In the description they use song names like same ol situation, wild side and Dr. Feel Good although they left out the “Dr.” The description also states that a “crew” of 6 wizards have been studying them. Motley Crue has 6 members in the band.
Hey I’ve got a Mötley Dagon and put it in the fountain of youth. When it finished I tapped on it and my game crashes… I’ve tried another 3 times and it still crashes! It’s only for the motley dragon cuz all my other dragons when in the fountain of youth are ok… Anyone know what’s happening?
