Combo is brass and seaweed
It is actually storm and sandstorm
I got a Olympus with storm and sandstorm normal breeding cave.
It would make sense that to make it would take iron as this is what gives the jade it’s strong color. What is the counter though? Lightning?
Crystal and poison has been proven to work also
Up until now gemstone dragons only had one unique breeding combination. I do not think that there will be more than one working combination.
False. Plenty of different combos have worked on previous gem dragons.
The are multiple combos for a lot of limited dragons, but only ever one so far for each gemstone dragon. Backflip tends to like to be clever with these combos as well, either leaving clues in the description, or having a way of figuring out the components via the puns, dragon color or logic (e.g. Diamond = ice + mine )

the dragon is available at lvl 14 so metal can NOT be part of the combo. Sorry but that means your combo is just a fake rumor.

I love this … But we will surely need a new gemstone island/habitat … I really don’t want to sell one of my 12 to accommodate this fella …

Where is this dragon supposed to live? My gemstone island is full, and dragonvale hasn’t provided any expansions or new habitats for it that I can see.

The description suggests they will expand the Gem Island. Definitely not the treasure habitat.

No it is meant for people without full islands who do not want to wait the whole year. This dragon will(I estimate) stay forever. If you have full islands no need to fear! Store one of the gem dragons in your hibernation cave! Breed it using a storm dragon and sandstorm dragon

Does anyone know if the brass and seaweed combo has been confirmed?
So far I have tried Brass and Seaweed, no luck. Crystal and Poison, no joy either. I can’t do storm and sandstorm yet because my sand is in the arena for another two hours.

Gemstone Dragons only work with one combo. The poster who said there are many combos is wrong. This new one might be different but I highly doubt they would change that.

Why not say Panlong + Bloom? -_- and you get unlucky if metal is 1 of the element? lol..
either way this wont work as gemstone dragon require specific combination of dragon and not just random combination with similar elements.

I love that they’re adding new dragons, don’t get me wrong. But it’s frustrating at the same time when they aren’t entirely efficient with placement in habitats. Like with the cyclops and three slots in Olympus. Now I have to choose 12 out of my 13 gem dragons….

Panlong and crystal dragon work first time
Oh. My. Gosh. All you guys asking about where it will go or how you will get it in half a month need to open your eyes. The description if the dragon clearly states that the “wizards” are working on a bigger gemstone island, and says that the dragons “magic” that says how long it stays is longer than other gemstone dragons.
SO you WILL have room for your jade dragon in the future and it will be available AFTER the end if the month.

Only interested in knowing about anyone getting A 30:26 HOURS BREEDING TIME (31 gems) since this is the breeding time for the Jade dragon. Sorry for being blunt, but this thread fills up so quickly with useless combos, gem4gem nonsense and faulty breeding times. I want the Jade. Focus.

Yes, it is. It clearly states that it is.
I’ll agree that brass or any combo using metal couldn’t be a factor in breeding the jade dragon. I am however going to bet the elements of earth and air will need to be present with the possibility of maybe water. Since the stone jade itself is made when tectonic plates get shoved under one another and are exposed to high pressure. ( jade is also composed of two stone elements of jadeite and nephrite that form the stone jade when combined under great pressure).
To that effect I’m currently trying lava and dodo ( fire/earth and earth/air)
