or spring. I am a loyal follower of the doc. n use his breeding tips.

I am going to be very surprised by what this one turns out to be, and what the odds are… as you can imagine, there are probably 20,000 possible dragon combos now, and even if you get the right one, there is a 1 in a 100 chance of getting it, so it takes time. And gems.

I think meteor is def a parent because of dark stripes on their faces. I thought malachite bc green BUT that pic of adult form looks like the panlong. So maybe meteor-panlong or meteor-malachite like someone else suggested?

Doc, after looking around hard and realizing that nobody out there has been able to show what the combo is (screenshot evidence), I am now beginning to think that Backflip is deliberately NOT allowing any breeding combo to work for a while. Think about it, for 700 gems, it is a steal compared to other gem dragons, and there is this ambiguity about how long it will be around for, releasing it midway through May, with many impulsive players thinking they had less than 14 days to get it going ahead and buying it, when it will probably be around for 3 months. And why 3 months? At this price? I believe it is a gem-grab tactic. They will probably take their time before they enable breeding. Smart greedy move by BF.
Heck, after the amount of gems I’ve spent trying to figure this out, I should have just bought the silly thing.
The only way there is ambiguity for how long Jade is gonna e around is if you are unable to read. In every Backflip tip about Jade it clearly says it will be around for 3 months. So your conspiracy theory is quite mistaken
The ambiguity was that it was a gemstone dragon released in May, when all previous gem dragons were available for the month they were released in. If you read the entries of people on most online sites you will see that many, especially at the beginning thought it was there for May only, and bought the egg. Whenever you see so many dedicated testers unable to figure out the combo, the natural question should be: is it breedable? I think it may not be for a while. This is not conspiracy, this is smart marketing.
I too am skeptical. Something weird is going on here. Either Backflip made an honest mistake and it is not yet breedable due to some glitch, or they are holding it back for a couple days to drive sales.

Hi Doc. Perhaps try.cactus combos. The tree on the oasis looks exactly like the jade plants in my garden. Leaves are identical. Jade plants are succulents in the cactus family.

Is there any correlation to the decorations being placed and getting the dragon it goes with? It may just be a coincidence but it seems to have helped me in the past. Thank you for your help in making this a super fun game!

Although it looks like a panlong, the wizards have not included an unavailable dragon in gemstone pairs. They also like to include recent dragons (coral? Bouquet?)

Patience everyone. We come here because we are too lazy to figure it out for ourselves. If we don’t like how long Mac is taking, we are free to spend our own time… And gems…ie money… To figure it out on our own. I don’t know about y’all, but I’m fine waiting for Mac. He has never let us down before. He will get it eventually.
In the mean time, maybe remember that the dragons aren’t real. Hatching a jade dragon will add nothing to your life. This is a game we are talking about, and it’s only supposed to be entertaining. If you are so desperate to get this dragon that you are insulted that Mac is taking so long, I don’t know maybe you should get a cat or something. Or just… Go outside.

I agree. Though I lost all my data a year ago so the only gemstone dragons I have are the diamond and the emerald. But yeah Macenstein is the source for all of my rare dragons, so I’m not in any mood to complain!

I’ve checked other places and the pattern seems to be a combination of earth, water and plant dragons. We’ll know for certain soon.
This dragon is incredibly hard to breed. Even another forum which has 6 testers with resources as much or even more than the Doc are having major problems breeding this thing too. Cut him some slack guys (:
The successful combos I’ve seen listed in these comments:
brass & seaweed = metal, fire, water & plant
crystal & poison = lightning, earth, plant & fire
lichen & river = cold, plant, water & earth
Plant is the only one that is in all three combos. I think it may have to be 2 hybrids with no repeating elements. Just a guess. Plant may be required.
Or, it might be like the Motley, which was supposed to be possible with pretty much any combo (only the Jade is more rare, of course)
So far I have not been successful with any of these combos, nor have any of these been verified with screenshots as far as I know.
This may sound like a silly questions but how do you add friends (not thru FaceBook ) so you can trade gems? I’ve been playing for months now, but haven’t done the ‘social’ aspect. I’d be willing to trade gem for gem if someone could just explain HOW??

This is ridiculous the only thing that has a breeding combo is the app DV guide and they don’t even have an egg picture I’m getting tired of waiting.
Nobody forcing you to breed that dragon. If you hate waiting so much, go buy gems and try out yourself then.
Hey doc, a bunch of other sources are saying brass on left and seaweed on right! You might want to try that to make sure!!????
I’ve tried that a lot of times with no luck. I do’t think it is correct.
I’ve heard pollen and water works. However, I haven’t gotten the emerald yet either. It always takes me forever to get a gemstone! Good luck Doc, I know you will figure it out.

I KNOW HOW TO GET IT!!!!!!!!! im not joking here! unlike the emerald & other gemstone dragons, the jade has 3 combos, however NONE of them can have metal in it since that makes no sense since its available at lv 14. :3 here r tge combos:
Boquet + Ash
Lichen + River
Crystal + Poison
since its in the same month as emerald, it was already supposed to have similar elements :3
I think you may be right it has three months so it might be that there are similar elements from the 3 gem dragons that are already here that ate in 3 different combos for the Jade and other gem dragons in this new set.
