Hey i got one with seaweed n snow in ebs trying for a pearl
I have been trying to get double rainbow for weeks with these combos. Hundreds of breeds and countless waisted gems and still no double rainbow! Any suggestions?
I got one with scorch and swamp
I got one on first try with christal and lichen
Chrome and scortch. Trying to get firework
I got a double rainbow when trying to breed a summer dragon. Thought it was a normal one, checked back then flipped out. Been trying for a few months to get a NORMAL rainbow dragon. Good luck to those trying to breed them!

No. I would have tried, but I only have one. My friend tried and got another rainbow dragon.
I bred my double rainbow with a leap year and still only received a regular rainbow. FYI
no, i tried and didnt work. it worked though with chrome and scorch both level 15 in EBI for me though. Was trying for Ruby!

I got mine with crystal and bluefire.
I got it with Scor h and Chrome. Was trying for a jade.
Got mine with blazing n crystal. 60 hrs breeding time in epic breeding ground.
I really was not trying for a double rainbow at all, but I got TWO when I was trying to get a Pearl dragon (with Snow and Seaweed). I guess what they say about getting a surprise when you least expect it is true.
I was trying for a Pearl as well (Snow and Seaweed). Finally switched Seaweed to left and Snow to right and ended up with the double rainbow. Great find but I really wanted the Pearl. Have to wait until next year now…
i did firefly and seaweed and got 20hrs in the enchanted breeding cave. any options as to what it is?
I was trying for a pearl dragon with snow and seaweed dragon and ended up getting double rainbow dragon 🙂 so just giving heads up… not complaining since I ended up with the rarest and didn’t have to pay thousands of crazy gems that I don’t have, but I really wish I could get the pearl before its tooooooo late 🙁

I bred ash and salamander and got a new egg not seen in any dragonvale blogs. Looks orange with like a blue vertical pill ug. 48 hours. Any thoughts?

I got mine with Chrome & Scorch trying for Ruby last night!! Completely freaked when I saw 60 hrs…… Chrome & Scorch also got me my Gold dragon…….For regular Rainbow try Snow & Seaweed, I got TWO from that combo!!

Just bred one with lvl 15 Sonic and lvl 15 Copper in EBI.
I’ve been testing breeding combos for the
Double rainbow and I got it with
Chrome + Scorch, you may also get a
Ruby dragon.

The two best combinations are
Chrome and scorch and
Seaweed and snow
I know how Dragonvale works.
When I needed smoke for a gemstone dragon i could not breed smoke but 2 months later I could.
So I would suggest trying seaweed and snow because its the ruby dragon this month so chrome and scorch will give you a really bad dragon or ruby and there is a really low chance of getting x2 rainbow with chrome and scorch.
I was trying for a Ruby, ( Scorch and Chrome ) and got a Double Rainbow.

Trying to breed a Double Rainbow Dragon is not a lot of fun. Not sure why I haven’t thrown in the towel and just bought the dragon to save myself aggravation and stress. The three main reasons are: 1) The Double Rainbow Dragon is not worth $100.00. , 2) I gave myself to mid- July to breed the dragon so I still have 8 or 9 days to get it by my established target date. , 3) When you get the dragon and see the 60 hour breeding time , you probably feel like you won the lottery and want to go out and celebrate.

I finally got one while I was trying to get a ruby dragon with the combination chrome and scorch!
