I tried lightening and dark numerous times with no success. I switched over to spark and wraith, (both level 16s), and got the wisp right away.
same. good tip. also, got it on the first try with those two types (lvl 16, plus epic breeding sanc fully upgraded) ty so much, i bred lightning and shadow like 30 times and got jack shite.
Why wont it let ne breed lightning with dark, or light??? It says they’re Incompatible on my breeding list, when I go to breed them.
My Dragonvale doesn’t function since this morning. I couldn’t get it upload, does anyone encounter such problem. How do you solve it, need help.
Delete the Dragonvale app but do not delete your settings from Gamecentre. Then reload the Dragonvale app and get your settings back from your Gamecentre account.

The 3rd egg is an Ovalith — not breed
able but available during the Easter egg hunt. The 4th egg is a Lapis Lazuli. I think it was available in January.
Got it on my second try with wraith and shimmer both lvl 16
Two rainbow dragons also work.
I just got one with Light/Rainbow
I got mine with a lvl 9 lightning and lvl 10 dark on the third try, with two spark dragons produced in the process (one of which is now in a habitat and the other is now on a pedestal).
I got it second try with an aurora dragon and a galaxy dragon
