MacBook Air holds 2 spots in Amazon’s Top 10
Well, it’s not even shipping yet, but the MacBook Air
We’re not sure how great a indicator Amazon’s notebook list is in predicting total sales, but a Top 10 list is something even idiots like us can understand – higher is better. Based on this, we assume it’s only a matter of time before Apple announces the MacBook Air is the #3 best-selling laptop in computer history.

not so fast– i’ll never buy most of the stuff on my amazon wishlist. the operative word is “wish.” in my case, i wish they’d introduced something else.

That’s not a wishlist. He’s talking about the bestsellers list, on which the MBA is a pre-order. So it’s a purchase. I’ve been really, really close to pulling the trigger… just have this little nagging urge to see it in person first. But over the last few days, my concerns about the footprint size and the lack of firewire have been diminishing… I’m almost ready.
