When I saw last month’s limited edition Steve Jobs Action figure from MICGagdet (which Apple subsequently had pulled), I have to admit it was probably one of the coolest things I had ever seen. Well, apparently not scared of Apple Legal, M.I.C. Gadget is back, and they have done the impossible by upping the coolness factor even higher by releasing their new Pineapple CEO Action Figure (Ninja Edition)!

It should be noted that while this statue may look identical to the Steve Jobs statue Apple pulled, this statue is now just of a nameless “CEO”, and not “Steve Jobs”, and this CEO works for a company called PINEAPPLE, and NOT APPLE, so I’m sure Apple legal will let this one slide right by. (And by slide right by, I mean you better head over and order yours NOW). The last round of 300 figures sold out, and some were seen on eBay last month for as high as $2500.

Aside from the Ninja goodies, this Steve, er…. CEO, has new glasses, a new belt, a wedding ring, a couple new hands and a black and white iPhone smartphone.

As of this post there are only about 100 left.
