Macenstein’s “Mac Chick of the Month” (April 2011): Heather Shanholtz
Welcome to Macenstein‘s “Mac Chick of the Month”. Each month we feature a different die-hard, Mac-loving girl who is (almost) as well designed as the Apple products they love. This month we present you with the lovely Heather Shanholtz !
Heather Shanholtz began modeling 4 years ago and has been on a tear ever since, gracing the covers of Magazines such as Maxim Espanol, Planet Muscle, Muscle Mag, Venue, The Dupont Registry, 2 issues of Ultimate MMA, American Curves and many others. Currently she’s filming a pilot for a major network called Ultra Sultra, where she plays Kimmy, a girl who likes to start drama and talks about everyone behind their backs. “It’s a fun challenge,” says Heather, “since I couldn’t be less like my character.”
“I love my Mac because it’s fast and easy to use,” says Hather.” I also love that it’s almost unheard of that you’d get a virus. I’m looking into getting an iPad as my next Apple product.”
Name – Heather Shanholtz
Location – Miami, FL
Occupation – Model
First Apple product you bought – IPod nano
Favorite Apple Gear – iPhone 4, iMac & MacBook Air
Favorite non-Apple Gear – Doesn’t exist LOL!

Favorite Movies – Nothing to Lose & The Hangover
Favorite Bands – Nirvana, Lords of Acid, Smile Empty Soul and a lot of underground stuff.

Web site – www.heathershanholtz.com
“As far as apps go, I’m always on Twitter & Facebook. AOL Radio, Angry Birds & Around Me are other apps I use all the time.”
Currently Heather is also the spokesmodel for a company called Flying Pasties. The company invented special pasties to wear under your clothes when entering body scanners at the airport. With the arising problem of body scanners Flying Pasties is taking off quickly. Look for Heather to appear on the Howard Stern Show and other talk shows to talk about the company.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends, skydiving, paintball, shooting guns, and pretty much anything else that is adventurous. Heather is not just beauty, she also has brains. She is skilled in web design, photo retouching, video editing, and graphic design. She single handedly designed and launched her personal website www.HeatherShanholtz.com in 2007.

Wow. SOMEONE’s been working out!. nice job.
Agreed. I used to have abs like that. Well, OK, not QUITE like that, but they were good. But then I got lazy. Heather, NEVER stop working out. It’s impossible to get them back once you lose them!
🙂
Abs? It’s all about the arse!
She should post a video of her workout routine. I would love to watch it from the comfort of my couch while eating chocolate donuts.
🙂
So, she skydives, is into MMA, Robot Chicken, and seems to own more Apple gear than me.
Why is it I never meet these girls in Maine?
There are girls in Maine? I thought that was a myth…
Not like her they’re ain’t.
Maine? I know they both start with an “M” and have six letters, but she lives in Miami. And seriously, does that tropical foliage look like she’s in Maine?
You guys are on a roll here, keep the momentum going!
good work… I am definitely awake now!
I don’t know about this one. Especially the horrible Photoshop work in the photos sitting in front of her iMac. Maybe she should take some classes before claiming to be a graphic designer or web designer.
My thoughts exactly.
Lovely health lady and very nice wallpapers, Thanks Doc! 😀
Man, am I envious! She has the anti-glare screen on her MacBook Pro.
There’s an app for THAT!
Any chance that you can post the original version of the badly shopped one so that one of your faithful readers can take a crack at it? You know the one I’m talking about. The one where something was hastily blacked out from the screen. Right after the short blurb about her bio info. Please tell me someone else looked at her head region…
Nobody…
Anybody…
Wow, talk about overdoing the “skin smoothing” feature of Aperture! For a minute, I thought she was a CG character.
