“Wife’s iPad. I just wanted to play angry birds.” That is the title of this image snapped from an unsuspecting (but hopefully happy) husband and now expectant father to be.
Honestly, I can’t think of a better or more creative way to tell your Apple-nerd of a husband about an impending birth. In fact, The Bride of Macenstein has long since learned the ONLY way to communicate with me is via the chat mechanisms of an iPhone or iPad game.
Nice! My wife announced to me she was pregnant by downloading an “I’m expecting” app so that it would magically appear on my iPhone via the iCloud automatic downloads. I thought it was the perfect way to announce it. I must be a nerd, too.
I see part of the Google search is cut off…makes me wonder if the whole search phrase reads: cute ways to tell your husband you’re pregnant, and it’s not his. I’m sure most likely is, so congratulations on The Child of Macenstein! It’s life changing experience in many, many ways. Please, promise the faithful that you will not name your child Steve or Lisa.
