Chrome and scorch make a ruby dragon. Not a gold!
They make BOTH.
And a TON of Firework dragons.

trust me it also makes gold dragon… i have been trying to make a Ruby and to my surprise made a gold instead

Chrome and scorch seem to make waaaay too many different combinations to be all that effective. Been trying this combo all month so far…no gold, no ruby 🙁
I’ve been trying to get this dragon for so long! I must have tried it 100+ times and all I get are firework dragons! How long did it take you to get it?
Luckily, fire work dragons end in the 20th. You might have a better chance afterwards.
I got a rainbow dragon an a ton of firework…but still no gold :/

I think I got it! It was a 48 hr breeding time. I think it is gold.
I have tried fire and metal and also brass and forge. Still no luck getting the gold dragon. Cross your fingers for me!

try fire and brass or brass and fire i got 2 of them at the same time with the epic island and breeding cave upgraded… took me some time
You can try rust and forge… I just got a 48 hour time with that combo
I got 2 Gold Dragons at the same time by breeding chrome and scorch on breeding cave and epic island the day it came out! Have also gotten 2 rainbow dragons with that combination and too many fireworks to count. Still no ruby, I’ll be trying til the 31st. Hope I get 1 at least. Good luck to anyone trying to get a gold, just keep trying the chrome/scorch combo. You’ll get it at some point

hey ummm i think the combo with the brass and fire dragon or vice versa is good couse your only out come is a brass or golden dragon it took me at least 10 to 15 trys but i got 2 trying to get many more hehehehe oh anybody whos reading this feel free to add me gems for gems got that dragon trading tree

Chorme and shorce didn’t work for me… brass and fire… and now I just used a current dragon with a forge dragon and got a 39hour incubate its either rainbow or gold ???? Who knows

I just visited a friend’s site and they had 3 Breeding Caves + 1 Breeding Island. How is that possible???
What level dragons do ou need to breed to get the Gold dragon. Help please. It is driving me nuts getting Ruby ones all the time
Generally it is a good idea to use at least Level 10 dragons when attempting to breed any rare dragon.
Got one (finally!) with malachite and scorch
I’ve been trying for ruby with chrome and scorch but ended up with a gold yesterday after trying everyday since July started. So don’t give up. I’ve had so many fireworks with this combo too if u need those it’s a good one all around. I trade gem for gem if anyone wants to add me I have a gem tree now:) dizzygazelle
just incubated my current dragon and forge and got another gold so far i have 4 which is funny that chorme and shorce is only good for ruby dragons which gave me tons of them.

After countlessly trying different combinations to get a gold dragon, I finally read a comment on top and tried Brass and Cold. Got a 48 hr breeding time…fingers crossed that it’s gold!

I just got Gold dragon with cold dragon lvl 10 and firefly lvl 10 in breeding cave. Its the right combination got it on my third try.
Just bred brass with cold…24 hours to incubate. Could this be gold? I hope so!!! Did the chrome and scortch combo all month and kept getting Fireworks dragon. Decided to reverse the order and got Ruby the first try!
You got a forge gold is 48 hours
It can’t be gold because that takes 48 hours to incubate and yours takes 24 hours
Have a gem tree, Login 10x+- a day.
Gem for Gem (Active-basis), Start sending me a gem first to show your serious and ill send you back as soon my tree makes some.. Preferably active players with gem trees, gem sellers/scammers dont bother adding!

Crap…I can add the many forge dragons with the many fireworks dragons. I just keep selling them. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to try again.
Well, I’m not a expert breeder but I bred a ruby dragon and to breed it for me it took 4 hours then when I noticed
It was a ruby egg I was freaking out!

And also I have all islands epic breeding, starting, second, third, fourth, and gemstone
So I don’t think that’s the way I’ll try one other combination
Fog and quicksilver has a 25% chance of gold (check on dragon calc)
To get gold you do not need fire and metal hybrids, you can get it other ways.
I did get three Ruby dragons with Chrome and Scorch, with many tries, but mostly ended up with Firework dragons… A LOT of Firework dragons! No Gold yet though
Just tried Blazing(15) on the left and Brass(15) on the right. I now have a 48 hour breeding time. I’ve been breeding Chrome and Scorch since the beginning of July. I have one Ruby and all the rest I’ve sold. Decided to try the Blazing/Brass combination on a whim. Will let y’all know what rare dragon it turns out to be 🙂

I just got a 48 hour breeding time using Brass and Flower…. Hopefully that will be my Gold! I have been continuously trying the chrome n scorch and have only gotten about 30 plus fireworks and one ruby.
I will update as soon as I get my egg from the 48 hour breed.
Hi I’ve got four rubies and countless fireworks with chrome and scorch but now finally have 48 hr breeding time so should finally be a gold! Can anyone answer that ‘how do you get more breeding caves?’ question? I’m on level 25 saving up money for fifth island?
The only breeding caves you can get are the epic breeding Island and the breeding cave, which can be upgraded.
Actually was another rainbow! I’ll keep trying for the gold!
