The 1st Egg is the DragonVale Blue Moon Dragon Egg
The blue moon dragon is just for the blue moon. The dragon that will be like the solstice will be the equinox dragon I think it’s supposed to be like solstice but it’s moon.
I need another habitat!!

Yes I have a blue moon dragon I used my gems to speed up the breeding. I used Bluefire & Crystal

I’ve got it ICEBERG + SONIC second try!
I don’t think it will be a moon + moon pairing since that would give you a moon as offspring. I look at the Soltice as my example. To get the solitice we needed Blazing and Earth hybrid. ONCE we had a Soltice we could breed it with the Sun to get a better 50% chance at getting the Soltice. What I want to know is why we only get to see the tail end of the dragon. Is it because they are late with the new moon or is it because the combo is a dead giveaway if we see it’s face???

Got it first try with lightning (level 12) and storm (level 13)!
This may not be that hard to get, and probably has other combos as well. Both Blue Fire and Crystal, as well as Sonic and Iceberg both took me less than 10 tries each.

Oh, and a Blue Moon CAN breed with a regular Moon, but I got a regular Moon out of it. Not sure if you can get a blue Moon out of the pairing. Possibly.

Just got mine with COLD & LIGHTNING just under 30hrs 🙂
I got it on my 6th try! I finished the breeding with gems because, well, I was crazy that I would not make it in time! 😛 I only care to get 2! 1 for my park, and 1 for my egg collection!

Breeding my second blue moon now using the same dragons I used with my first. Blue fire & crystal . Both on first try’s .
I think it got blue mom with blue fire and crystal, it says 1 day 5 hours and something so keeping my fingers crossed 🙂

I was trying to make another moon dragon using crystal and lichen, and it made a blue moon dragon on the first try. So if you, like me, don’t have a blue fire dragon, there are more options. Good luck. 🙂

I tried about 10 times with blue fire and crytals n i got rainbow that i didnt expect to get it but when i try with sonic and iceberg i got it on my first try with normal breeding cave
First try with cold + lightning = 30hr breeding time! soooo happy! xD

Confirmed with blue fire and crystal was lucky enough to get two within about 10 tries

Bred Blue Fire Dragon (level15) — Storm Dragon (Level 15) in Epic Breeding Island and got 4 Scorch Dragons & 4 Storm dragons and on 9th attempt got 30 hour breeding time –Blue Moon Dragon. Used about 41 gems to speed up breedings and hatchings.
Got it on my second try with Fire + Storm both at level 10. This is my first limited/epic dragon!!! 😀

It looks like you need a cold element and a lightning element just like the moon and sun draon but i woodnt recommend using cold dragon and lighning dragon to breed or youll just get a bolt dragon use

This one was really easy to get. I got 2 Blue Moon with Fire + Storm (3rd & 5th try).
I was just trying to get another Moon dragon with firefly and storm and ended up with a 24hr breeding time with the -20%. So it can only be Blue Moon which I had no idea about or another Sapphire either way super neat because I had no idea about the Blue Moon dragon, now just gotta wait. Weird that the Blue Moon wasn’t even advertised when u log on to DV. my game IID is snoman4141

I was just trying to get à normal moon dragon and hen saw that all the moon habitats where shining!!! I was like: oh my god and ten saw the breeding time: 23,5 houres in the ebi, and ten i checked witch dragon it could be…. Yes!!! Blue moon, first try, with crystal-lichen both level 10, over the 300 visitors, and it was 09:00 pm
