The 1st Egg is the Dragonvale Electrum Dragon Egg
I breed one with Copper and Air trying for Liberty. Got liberty and next bred yielded this one.
Got it with sonic and metal while trying to get Liberty. Does anyone have any luck with Chrome and Scorch for ruby? I’m not, and I’ve tried 8 times. I’m getting brass, chrome, scorch, copper, and others like that. Got any better combinations? Anyone?
theres only 1 combo for each of the gemstone dragons, i got my ruby in like 15 tries and some took over 40, but i got one last year in 2, its all very random, hope this helped! PS scorch and chrome IS definitely the right combo, good luck!

Same here trying for Ruby. I thought it was another Gold. I had just gotten a gold a few eggs before and when I saw 48 hrs. I was like crap! another gold 🙁 not paying attention to the actual time. When it got done I was so happy to see the egg! I was totally Surprised! What a great day!

This is not the only frikin combo. CHROME AND SCORCH!!YA!!DITTO!! magnetic and water 2 tries.Also a good combo if you need a quicksilver to get a platinum

Got it with chrome (lvl. 15) and scorch (lvl. 19) while trying for ruby on the ebi.

I have been trying for a while just to get any treasure dragon… The other day I decided to go on my dragonvale when I was having a few drinks… For that reason I just hit retry on both breeding pairs. I didn’t even bother to check the incubation times until a few minutes later. 47.5 on each, I was very shocked but happy.
I used copper + air on one (both level 10) and chrome and scorch (both level 10, this combination also gave me the double rainbow a few days before!)
What are the chances of that haha, still need to wait just under 2 full days before I can hatch them though!

Using Crome and a level 15 scorch I got an electrum
Got it the second time with Copper and Lightening on EBI. Trying for a second one but getting nothing Magnetic. Looking for friends to visit islands and collect coins. No more gems to give. Be friend me and visit each others islands 😉

I was the first person to get one and also the first to comment here Lolz I got it on night of release but I got it via breeding, and the egg has 15 minutes till hatching time!!!! I want to record it because I got it legit my own way I worked out copper and lightening and I didn’t use gems. I thought lightening because of electricity and then the best conductor that came to mind was copper, so that’s what I did – copper and lightening, and bam success first try

So I got electrum with 15 scorch and 15 chrome in EBC trying for Ruby dragon, then retried and I got a 60 hour breeding time so looks like a double rainbow. Thats lucky

I got it from an Air and a Magnetic dragon. I was trying to get a liberty and I think I just pressed retry before, and I came to find days later when I checked again that I got neither a liberty or a normal, common egg. The strange looking egg confused me a lot at first since i didnt know what it was xD (
In looking in the dragon section at the pedestals, i suspected an electrum but I thought it was a metal type breed at first so I couldn’t find it. Did NOT help my confusion!)

I got the dragon using copper and lightning, but I can not get the egg. I have literally tried 20 times and 20 times I got MAGNET! This is very frustrating! I personally think once a person has spent a lot of REAL money buying gems they should be made honorary wizards and should be able to buy gems with dragonvale coins. Especially if the dragons are going to keep producing the same stupid dragon over and over!
Hi, soz don’t have any gem spots left but just saying I got electrum on my second go ( YAY ) with both level 10 ( doesn’t matter what order ) magnetic and fog ( was trying for ouroboros ) BUT GOT THIS INSTEAD!!

Tried magnetic and lighting about 10 times and got nothing but magnetic. I switched to ash and metal and got it first try.
