I got the jet dragon
This Dragon is impossible. I’ve got, 1 sun, 1 rainbow, and 2 moon, everything else has been between an hour to 7 hour breeding time. I’ve tried both Frostfire and blue fire with ash and have same result. This is rather frustrating…….
You can’t use the blue fire. Gem dragons have a specific breeding. Use the frost fire and ash. You have three months, don’t worry.
I agree I have been trying ash and first fire non stop ever since this dragon came out I can’t get double rainbow either
I have been trying for a week straight and it is NOT working. I have got a freaking double rainbow dragon and a sun dragon in the meantime. Are you positive this is the right combination? Please reply!
Yep, this is the right combo, you’re just having bad luck 🙁
Stop complaining. I have been trying since it came our in both EBI as well as regular breediing station. sofar i got 3 double rainbow, sun, and rainbow many ash, hail, flower, pepper, etc.. But not a Jet yet.
Why would u want a jet dragon their the worst type of gemstone dragons

Finally got Jet on my 38th attempt. I think it took a little more than a week straight. It is a bit cr@p that it takes so many fails but 1 in 38 for a dragon that is around for 3 months isn’t to bad i guess. HANG IN THERE PEOPLE.

I went ahead & bought Jet. I had no trouble getting all the light and dark dragons even though my son has struggled. My problem is the double rainbow, gold and olympus gold. I have tried & tried w/no luck. Also, I could use 2 more people to trade gems with. My ID is maggierose18@hotmail.com. I would list Dragonvale as one of the top games I have played. It has been challenging & fun.
Try breeding for the jet dragon. It gave me two double rainbows and two regular rainbows.
I got my double rainbow with rain lev15 and magnetic.

One thing I have noticed is it almost seems better to not try over and over again. I tried for topaz and amber sporadically and got both in around 6-8 tries. Like I would try 1 or 2x then try for another rare I need then switchback for a few times. It seemed to make them happen easier. Just got topaz after 8th try. But only second try in a row. Got a sun and rainbow in between tries using other combos.
I got it on my 5th try… maybe, well its still incubating. 30 hours so I hope!! 😀

Ash + Frostfire is the right combination, both level 10 on the island. First time I got a sun out of it and then I got a Jet dragon 🙂 keep trying guys! Don’t give up :*

This took quite a few tries, but I finally got the 30 hr. time on my breeding island – right after I leveled up my Frostfire and Ash each from Level 14 to 14.25, as it were.
I can’t seem to get a Jet no matter how many times I breed ash and frostfire. I can’t seem to add friends to trade gems with. Please, feel free to add me. I am active every day. MCChatt is my name on gamecenter

Just received Frostfire on first try with Cold on left (Level 11), and Lava (Level 8) in the enchanted cave. I fed Frostfire to level 9. I bred Ash Level 8 on left with Frostfire level 9 in Epic Breeding Sanctuary for the first time trying to get Jet. Waiting for a surprise they will be either Sun, Moon, or Rainbow based on the 38h 24m breeding time 🙂
