i always wondered when people say “cold” does that mean any dragon with a cold habitat or is there a “cold dragon” and the same thing with air??

I tried breeding the moss and snow dragons and I’m getting a different dragon that has an incubation time of 48 hours.

Oops leap yr is 14.5 hrs*** 48 could be rainbow.
The only dragon with that breeding time is the leap year dragon. Lucky you!!!

I’m trying air/glacier and forest/blizzard right now with no luck ( only 7 hours on both) – we’ll see how quickly I get this. But I’m disappointed – last year for Christmas you got a free dragon. I thought they were promising that this year but apparently not – just another dragon to breed. They could have at least brought back the gift dragon for those of us who missed it.

They did. Patience is a virtue.
They brought it back dec 24th and gave it to you, its been posted on the loadjing menu the whole month. It said check for a gift around dec 24th… and you can breed all the dragons right now. Ive gotten 3 leap years, ouroborous ( hope I spelled it right) two ghosts two reindeer, ect. Takes patience.
That’s the thing about this month when they bring back ALL the dragons. It’s harder to get a certain dragon. I’ve been trying to get my third Jet Dragon (I need 3 of each dragon, 1 adult-1baby-1egg) and I keep getting Sun dragons, Leap years, and rainbows and others that take way too long to breed and hatch. I finally got one today though.
I got a gift dragon! They gave me it on January 2nd! I don’t know why.

Anon is quite the whiny boy. Like a bee-otch when he don’t get what he thinks he is entitled to. If he bothered to go back into DV now, he might discover that he indeed has a gift dragon from the good folk.

Air and glacier works!
Rainbow and Leap Year together can breed anything. So far, I’ve got 2 Cotton Dragons, 2 Paper Dragons, 1 Winter Dragon, 1 Platinum Dragon, 1 Motley Dragon, 1 Hypnotic Dragon, 1 Motley Dragon, and lots more I can’t name.
I hope its not too late but what levels do my dragons need to be? I have never had so many problems getting a dragon such as this one before… I keep breeding my mountain dragon level 15 and air level 14 and under at least 30 times 🙁 and other combinations.
I’ve tried Air + Glacier (both level 15) at least 30 times in the Epic Breeding Sanctuary and have also tried in the Enchanted Breeding Cave. I’m having similar difficulties with the Garnet Dragon. Getting frustrated.
I got a Winter with level 20 Blue Fire and Level 20 Terradiem.
Ive tried the forest and blizzard now moss and snow for about 3weeks… nothing…They are lvl 12 have tried in both breeding cave and epic breeding island…
Been trying moss+snow with no luck,now going for air+glacier,wait and see.I hear forest+blizzard is no good..
