The Dragonvale Permafrost Dragon Egg
I have gotten the Permafrost dragon 3 different times using the Arctic Dragon and the Earth Dragon, each time with both level 11 or higher. When I try the same on my other account, I keep getting the Mountain Dragon. Each time I got it was the first try on that account. Hope this helps.

Nice to know the true players are still around. My son and I have a level 65 park. We are in need of gems we refuse to have a Facebook account. Not a tech wiz need to know ho to receive and give more gems. On iPad please advise
The only way to sync up with other new players in order to co op breed and send and receive gems is via a Facebook account. Now Game Center no longer exists.
