Former Vice President Al Gore asked to investigate Apple stock option scandal
According to the Guardian, former Vice President Al Gore (who sits on Apple’s board as a non-executive director) has been tapped by the company to be on the special committee investigating Apple’s back-dating of stock options to certain key employees between 1997 and 2002.
