Apple to hold Special NAB Event: Final Cut Extreme?

MacWorld has reported that Apple plans to hold a special event at this year’s NAB. Scheduled for Sunday, April 15, many are speculating the event will showcase Final Cut Pro 6, while ThinkSecret is saying they believe Apple will also debut a higher end version of Final Cut Pro dubbed “Final Cut Extreme” priced around $10,000. Allegedly Final Cut Extreme would consist of both a hardware and software component, so for $10,000, I think it’s a safe bet we can expect those dual quad-core Mac Pros as well.
