That is sad, in many ways. Hopefully its too similair (legally) , enough to allow apple to sue.
It does look similar to a gadget I’d seen once or twice before but I just can’t remember where. I think a fruit vendor was selling them.
Isnt this the phone that has been available in Europe for months, now? I read that they just got FCC approval for their uber advanced phone that has been the hottest thing in Europe for awhile.

I wonder how many of them 300 patents Apple have will be called in to action in future once this is released?
To be fair yeah it’s kinda cool that they are at least trying to catch up to Apple instead of staying with their current system but they will have trouble trying to match iPhone for interface and marketability and that’s where they are bound to fail.
