Ok, admittedly the above shot from Vogue doesn’t show Paltrow using a Mac (and I pretty much wore out the interweb looking for one… however, a quick “command+F” of her Vogue article (no, I am not going to actually read through that) and we come up with the line:

“Gwyneth opens a little Mac computer and Googles Japanese restaurants on the Internet for lunch. She decides on Blue Ribbon Sushi, although she says she won’t actually eat any sushi when we get there. “My nutrition people say don’t eat raw because of the mercury, so I don’t in the day.” However, her resolve to avoid sushi often falters in the evenings, she says, and, giggling, tells me that “at night, I drink and I convince myself I’ve neutralized the mercury.”

Sweet! the only thing better than a hot female Mac user is a drunk hot female Mac user, woosy from the effects of Mercury poisoning.
