1) You are a woman (who likely resembles the woman pictured here, but with far less clothes) who needs to hold her iPad 2 steady while performing some beautiful, sensual, tantalizing act via FaceTime.
2) You are a man looking to to hold his iPad 2 (and free up his hands) while performing some sort of horrible, disgusting, unmentionable act while watching the aforementioned beautiful woman perform her beautiful, sensual, tantalizing act via FaceTime.

Wow, I was way off…I was thinking it would be cool to use it while I play my guitar…I must be slipping. I could use it while I play my guitar naked…yeah..

As for the stand I actually can see lots of uses for it besides the alluded to use. It is actually a good idea and I could see sales to more than muscians and um performers.
