Drove 3 hours to the cabin only to realize I had left the keys on the table at home. Went to get the hidden key from its hiding place only to find out my uncle did the same thing the week before and forgot to put the hidden key back before he went home.
I’d forgotten my statistic assignment that I’d worked 3 hours on and got to class late.. Wasn’t a good reflection on my student reputation, considering that I was only an average student in my class. Also forgot to bring my cellphone once in one of my handbags and I went through my entire locker at school only to find nothing! Anxious over nothing, it seems.
My car keys
Anniversary date
My passport before going to the airport to head back to the US from Germany…
House Key @ work. Came home, no one will be there till morning, have to fight traffic back to work for key and had to use the bathroom! That was a day!
I forgot my flash drive with my presentation on it! Luckily I did not have to present that day.
I was flying halfway across the U.S. to attend a training session for work. I was methodical in my packing and had everything I needed to take on my bed. When I got to my destination I was wearing jeans. As soon as I got to the hotel I proceeded to change into business attire to attend the first of the training classes. As I opened my luggage and started taking everything out, I found that I had no skirts and no dress pants. I had left them at home. I had to attend 3 days of training in jeans. Here I was trying to impress all the bigwigs in my company and ended up looking like I just got off the farm!
Tickets to a concert after a two hour drive!

Worst thing that I’ve forgotten was my son at band practice. I was getting the house ready for my daughter’s birthday party, and simply lost track of time. Luckily, my son’s best friend lives just down the road of my son’s school, so he went there and called me. I felt really bad.
Diapers!
The thing that I forgot is my wallet. Luckily the cashier reminded me so I didn’t forget.

To mail the check for the rental house in Whistler. Drive over 1,000 miles with a bunch of buddies (2 vehicles). Get to the rental place a 11Pm, and there are already cars in the driveway. They rented it to someone else.
Long story short. Sleeping bags and tents 20 degrees F. 1 week of snowboarding and drinking and sleeping in the great outdoors. I tried to tell my buddies how much money I saved them on the house for the week, but they didn’t see the humor in it.
To call my mom on her birthday.
My mind.
It’s a tossup between the time I forgot where my locker was after Christmas break during high school and the time I forgot the combination to my padlock, it had to be cut off my closet.
I forgot that I put my car keys in my friends bag and he left for a family trip so I had no keys until he got back!

I got my baby strapped into his carseat in my car which I had running to warm one winter day and realized I had forgotten my purse, so to keep him safe while I went to get it, I locked and shut the door…the minute I did it, I realized the keys were in the ignition and he was locked in. Had to get the neighbor to call my husband at work to come get him out. How embarrassing, but at least he was warm and actually fell asleep.
I was going to write the same exact thing except my girlfrend locked the doors and I broke the window to get my daughter because she was still awake and crying inside.
My best friend went inside to pay for my gas. A friend pulled up to the adjacent pump. We talked briefly and I said goodbye and drive off. My best friend walked home as I forgot him in the store. Good thing we were best friends.

I forget a lot. One time I totally forget about a essay that was due the next day. I think that it was an 3 page research essay. Got to class. Time to turn in the essay. Oh crap. I got a zero on it. Because it was a no make-up essay.
As a seeded runner just out of high school, I forgot my number tag when traveling to Atlanta for the Peachtree Road Race in 1984. I got yelled at all through the race and I had to beg just to get a small shirt because they wouldn’t give me one without it.

We went on a road trip. Me, wife and two kids plus a dog. Stopped at a rest area to stretch the legs and let the energy of the kids and dog out. We got back in the car and started to drive. About 15minutes into the trip we relalized that our poor puppy was still at the REST AREA!!
