Forgot who I was texting and sent her dirty picture back to my girlfriend instead of my firends that I was bragging about what I just received….no more girlfriend after that.
I visited New England in April, when I thought it would be warm (I live in FL) and I didn’t bring long pants or a jacket AND I wore only flip flops, and it SNOWED! I had to go to the store to buy clothes, a jacket, and some shoes.
The worst thing that I’ve ever forgotten, my child. It was after church and I thought my husband was taking her home. Instead, we both arrived home and realized we left without her. Luckily she was safely inside with several fellow church goers, thank goodness!

I drove to LA for a workshop and forgot to put on my good shoes before I went in. I was embarrassed when I went on stage and realized I was wearing my scruffy old slip-ons!
Forgot my keys in the car as I was shutting the door. I figured, “no big deal, I will just re open the door!” 1/4 second later, the car auto locks after not having the driver door open for too long. Awesome.
The diaper bag on the top of the car that had my camera in it. Yes, babies first picture were lost.
I forgot that there is no financial aid offered at my University for summer semesters, and signed up and got halfway through three classes before I realized I had no aid. By then it was too late to drop without having to pay the incurred charges, and had to take out my first pretty student loan for tuition at a whopping $1,200. Also I’m a broke college student.
Once when I was on a trip to the Bahamas I was on a small tram touring one of the islands and when my tour group got off the tram I somehow forgot my brand new SLR camera. By the time I got back on the tram someone from the group had already snagged it 🙁

When I was travelling to Europe, I forgot my purse at a rest area, it had my passport, a couple of thousand $’s in traveler checks, and $ 700 cash in it. Didn’t notice it until driving for a couple of hours.Luckily somebody found it and returned it to a police station, with everything in it!
I forgot my wallet when I moved. It wouldn’t have been so bad, but it was 250 miles one-way, and I was over 100 miles into the drive when I realized that I’d forgotten it – and I was going to need gas soon.

The worst thing I ever forgot was my laptop computer. I was packing for a trip and placed it on the hood of the car so that I could pack it last. I pulled out of the driveway and the laptop went flying out on the street. Damaged beyond repair.

Work at funeral home…lady gave me husbands dead bird in shoe box to be buried with him when he died…forgot to put bird/box in casket….found several days later still in the shoe box, while we were looking in our embalming room for “Where is that smell coming”….had to tell wife…..she had us go after hours and dig small hole and bury bird at husbands grave..
