Welcome to Macenstein‘s “Mac Chick of the Month”. Each month we feature a different die-hard, Mac-loving girl who is (almost) as well designed as the Apple products they love. This month we have the triumphant return of former April 2010 Mac Chick of the month, the lovely Jessica Vaugn, a Playboy Playmate, writer, model, and of course, a die hard Mac Chick!

Jessica has been featured as a Mac Chick of the Month back in April of 2010 as well as earlier this month in our (MCotM 4th of July special) but is thrilled to be back on the site! Since her last feature, she has graduated college and moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career as a print model. “The best part about modeling”, she says, “is the opportunity to travel to places I’d never see otherwise.” Jessica is Miss January 2012 Playmate in Croatia. She has also had magazine features in Maxim en Espanol, Show Magazine, and more since her last Mack Chick feature on the site! Jessica is also a staff writer for Playboy’s comedy website http://www.thesmokingjacket.com/ where she interviews her model friends each Monday, accompanied by a web gallery of the modeling images.

Jessica used Macs in school and began her love affair with Apple. “I begged my parents to buy me an iMac when I was 12 and they did. It was teal and I covered it with stickers!”

Her latest addition is her Macbook Pro. “I don’t go anywhere without my Macbook,” she says. “It is in my lap each night with me in bed. Don’t know what I’d do without it.”

Jessica also loves her iPhone. “I’m a text message junkie! I feel naked without my phone in my hands!” Not that she minds being naked but she does mind being without her phone! Twitter is her most commonly used app!
