List of DragonVale dragon incubation and Breeding Times

So, every once in awhile you’ll set up two dragons to start breeding and get hit with a lengthy 20 or 24 hour breeding time, and you’ll want to know just what IS that dragon going to be when they’re done doing the nasty? Is it worth rushing it with gems? Well, here’s a quick list of the various breeding/incubation times for the various DragonVale dragons to help you out. Please note, these are the times for the STANDARD breeding caves, so if you have upgraded your Epic Breeding Island or Breeding Cave to speed up the breed times, multiply these times by 1.2 as those caves speed the breeding time up by 80%. (Although once you have an egg, these times WILL sync up with the incubation times if you cannot identify the egg you get). Some dragons share the same breeding times, so you’ll have to use your brain a bit and think about the elements you blended to know whether your 8-hour breed time is going to be a Blazing or a Ice dragon.

I bred a trick dragon and a monolith dragon to get the gargoyle dragon, but instead I got a dragon that’s 1 day and 16 hrs. Any help what this may be??
Apparently since the time is in total 40 hours. you should of gotten a Seraph dragon. If not then i have no clue.

Just got a dragon with 42 hours breeding time in the epic breeding cave. Parents light and water dragon. Anyone know what it could be? I was going for the prism dragon.

I believe I have found a dragon time you have missed.. I just breed my aurora dragon with my friends comet dragon in the co-op breeding cave and got a time of 19hours 30minutes, any ideas? I’m new to the game(got Aurora dragon from messing around with the co-op breeding cave, Spring(lvl 11) and my friends eridanian(lvl 10).
I think you meant mulitply the timings here by 0.8 instead of 1.2 for those who upgraded their breeding caves?

I was going for an Emerald dragon w/ lichen and crystal, its breed time is 1 day 6 hours, but the one I got said 1 day 6 hours 30 min. its not on the list. what is it?
Ok…so I am breeding something that takes 19.5 Hrs. but there is nothing posted for that category of times here. I am breeding Blazing and Tree. 🙂

Bred Blazing (15), Tree (15) in “Breeding Cave” got 19.5 hrs, got a Trimera Dragon. This is the 2nd time for me with the same combination. Hope this helps. Disregard my earlier post inquiring on this. I paid the gems to find out.

I breed a double rainbow dragon and a leap year dragon in the rift by breeding a poison and a earth dragon . Lol I got lucky
I don’t mean to be a bother, but I just got a dragon with a breeding time of 2 days and 4 hours. Which I have not ever gotten before. I thought it was weird so I came on here and found that there was not a dragon with a breeding/incubation time of 52 hours! So I went and searched the epic dragons that I didn’t have and low and behold! It turns out the dragon with the 52 hour time is in fact a party dragon! On your list, you have the party dragon as 54 hours. As I said, I’m not trying to be a bother but you should change that so people do not get confused. Thanks!
